Episode Transcript
[00:00:00] Speaker A: Hi, everybody. Dr. Ben Edwards here. Welcome to another episode of youf're the Cure.
We have a great show today. I know I say that every week, but this really is going to be one of my personal favorite shows. And it's way different than anything we've not way different, but there's parts of it we've never talked about before.
And I just want to say, guys, as I've said in some of the other episodes in 2026, so much is being exposed right now. So many eyes are being opened to these systems of the world that are unrighteous. They're just not. You look at the fruit and, and that's across the board. You can look at any institution right now. And I, I see it as, everything that could be shaken is being shaken in the kingdom of God is the one thing that can't be shaken and won't be shaken. And that's what we need to be grasping onto with our mind and with our heart.
So with that in mind, we're going to talk about a lot of things today, but the goal is to point you back to the kingdom and seek the kingdom first. And we can talk more about what does that look like and what are characteristics of that, and when.
When can we identify when we're accidentally not, oops, I got tricked, and now I'm seeking something else or got submitted to something else. And so. But we're also going to point out some fallacies and some untruths or some lies and some deceptions in various institutions. But again, for the reason being to set you free, the truth sets free. The kingdom of God is the truth, the way, the truth, the life.
And there's one answer to all the chaos in the world right now. So I've asked Dr. Brian Spillman to come on today. I met Dr. Spillman at Seeking Whole Health conference in Ohio last year. And speaking of that conference, he and I are both going to be back there, and I would invite you to check out their website, Seeking Whole Health Dot com.
As far as I know, there's a few tickets left, so get on that website.
It's a great conference. I so enjoyed it. And one of my favorite speakers is Dr. Brian Spillman, a natural dentist.
Dr. Spillman, welcome to the show. Thank you for joining us today.
[00:02:23] Speaker B: Boy, I am so privileged to be here. And I'd like to address your audience and say we got to hear Dr. Edwards last year and it wasn't just myself. There's like a thousand attendees. And it became very clear that this man has God's favorite. And so when he asked me to join him today, I was so honored, especially to address the kingdom of God. So thank you for this opportunity, Dr. Edwards. I appreciate it.
[00:02:47] Speaker A: Well, you're very welcome. That was very kind of you to say that. But likewise there. You have such wisdom, Kingdom wisdom. And maybe we can start right there for those that, you know, maybe have been in church their whole life. And I know this was me, and I don't know if I told you this story at the conference. I've told the audience before. My wife and I had Trouble getting pregnant 18 years ago after 24 months of infertility. And I was reading in Matthew, seek ye first the kingdom.
And I stopped in my tracks right there, didn't even finish the rest of the verse that we all know says, and then all these things will be given unto you.
I didn't even get to that part, but just seek ye first. The kingdom hit me like a ton of bricks that day. And I got my wife, and we looked at that, we got on our knees and prayed and said, God, we're not seeking the kingdom first. We're seeking a baby first and other things. But primarily it was a baby and a big family, and it was such an emotional roller coaster. So we laid that down in our heart that day.
But our next statement was, God, you're gonna have to show us what the kingdom is.
And it's been an 18 year journey of that and trying to seek the kingdom. I'm not saying I'm perfect by any means, and I don't have it all figured out. And I do want to also start there. And I know this is Dr. Spillman's heart, too. This isn't a matter of being right and wrong. It's a matter of coming together, reason together, be humble, have a. A repentant mind. That Greek word, repentance. I think we'll let Dr. Spillman speak to this, but go beyond your old way of thinking. Change your thinking. Our thinking has been shaped by something, the tree of knowledge, of good and evil, I would say, mostly.
And we. We've got to be willing to confess that, man, we just didn't see it clearly. We got deceived. And that's across the board. Nobody's, you know, immune to deception. And so in the areas, I'm still deceived, too. So again, not coming across, trying to. To be humble and not say we have it all figured out. But I can tell you Dr. Brian Spillman has a lot figured out when it comes to how the world works and how the kingdom of God works. So, Dr. Spillman, I'll just jump in with the question of how would you define the kingdom of God? And because we're supposed to be seeking that first. But obviously share anything that's on your heart, too, that you might want to preface this interview with.
[00:05:15] Speaker B: Well, thank you for that question, and I appreciate what you said. This is not about so somebody being right or me being right or my rightness. This is about seeking God's righteousness. And we know that when we reason together, we do so to come to the truth. And he is the truth. So when I share some things, it's. I'm still learning and unlearning. Take everything I say with a grain of salt. And sometimes I'll speak with passion. And it sounds like maybe I'm putting people down and I don't mean to, but I'm. Sometimes that passion comes from the pain of being deceived and what that costs people. When we believe lies, we have an adversary. And it says, that old devil, the serpent, he deceiveth the whole world. And that definition, world means inhabited earth. And we'll see that words have different meanings and we're misled by that. So the first thing would be when we talk about the gospel. We've already watered it down because Jesus preached the gospel of the kingdom.
So what is the kingdom? Well, as I've studied this and prayed about it, and we can come together, but the kingdom is not so much a territory. The kingdom is the right to rule.
And the kingdom is within us. So the kingdom is in our hearts where the will of God prevails. That's what we talk about, kingdom. And when we say the kingdom is not food or drink, but the kingdom is righteousness.
Righteousness is the state we ought to be in, way God created us to be in. And righteousness is where we have a right order of things. Things are in the right order. We're following God's natural laws. We're not pulled away through deception.
We'll talk about, you know, claiming dominion, that God put us in the garden, Adam and Eve, to dress and keep her. And we were put in dominion over all things, except we were not put over our dominion over our fellow man. And we understand that dominion again. Once again, it's not control.
It's the right to rule by putting things in proper order.
So that proper order begins with God being first. He's the king. He's the righteous one. We are kings, but he's the king of kings. And so Jesus came to redeem us from an inauthentic authority, to put us under the authentic authority so that we could be free souls under men. Unfortunately, most of us exist as properties of the government in some shape or form because we've been deceived. And some things that I thought were good that I later found out are not good.
And so when I'm talking about kingdom, I'm talking about we look at what God says in his commandments. When he says, have no gods before me, what it's really saying that gods is little GS. So it means rulers. And Dr. Edwards, I don't think that that preposition before is instead of me. We're not supposed to have any rulers apart from God. He's to be our ruler. That's the authentic authority that we're under. Anything else is an inauthentic authority. And Jesus would not have redeemed us only to have us go racing back under a false authority. And I say that because those, those rulers that we submit to, those could be kings or, or those could be prime ministers, or those could be presidents, or those could be governors or mayors or sheriffs or police officers. And you're saying, Brian, are you saying we shouldn't honor those people?
[00:08:40] Speaker A: No.
[00:08:40] Speaker B: God says honor all men. But to honor does not mean to submit or obey. Honor means to respect.
And the way you move into dishonor is you argue. So you don't argue with people over these things that won't get you anywhere. You don't debate with them, you show them honor, and then you do so by being respectful. But that doesn't necessarily mean you submit or you agree to what they're saying, because those are not our authority. We're told to honor all men, love the brotherhood, fear God, and honor the king. Well, those forms of honor are all respect. The only one we fear there is the true authentic authority, and that's God. And we fear him because he created these commandments, these natural laws. He brought chaos into order, and he did that by creating natural laws. And those natural laws have consequences. And if we violate those natural laws, there's consequences that are very unpleasant. And that's what we fear. It's not that God doesn't love us, it's just he's created a system and he's given us guideline on how to operate in this kingdom so that we can have the fruit of the spirit. But if we violate the laws, if we start submitting ourselves to other people and other rulers, then we're going to find ourselves in trouble.
He that that being a free soul near God means that we are sovereign in the point that we can govern ourselves.
And that's a right. Only God gives rights.
The Declaration of Independence acknowledges that. And he said, we hold these rights to be self evident, that all men are created equal under God and have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Well, God is who gives rights. But every right comes with a responsibility.
And if we abdicate that responsibility to someone else, even if it's an elected official and we think they're a righteous individual, the problem is we gave away our responsibility, we compromised our rights.
It's costing us. We're losing liberty. There's only God gives rights now. Man will give privileges and benefits. He may call them rights, but they can be taken away.
They're used as a way to entice people to give up their liberty so they will submit to someone. And they do that through a contract or an agreement, a covenant, sometimes a treaty.
Am I going too far on this or no?
[00:10:55] Speaker A: Not at all. The question or the thought I have is going all the way back to the garden. God's original intent, his original design, bringing the kingdom into reality of the physical realm. And he specifically said to Adam, take dominion and rule over the birds in the air, the fish in the sea, the beast of the field, and over all the earth, as Dr. Spillman said, not over fellow man.
So God gave that clear instruction, and that's how it was to be.
And eating from the tree of life only, not the tree of knowledge of good and evil.
But boom, we get deceived, he gets deceived, and Eve deceived and eats from that tree of knowledge of good and evil. And then, boom, we're out of God's order, his design, his plan.
And now men start ruling over men and governments come into being.
This is getting more broadly. But now we have all kinds of different quote, unquote governments, where that's a republic, a democracy, socialism, communism, all the different ones. You could speak to that more than me, but everyone knows we're kind of in this point of chaos here. And some people are realizing a lot of our rights that we thought we had. We've given up.
I guess my question is, I'm in agreement with everything you're saying, but here's where we are today. And how do we get back to God's way? Can we get back to God's way? And what about submitting to Caesar and give unto Caesar? What is Caesar's? That's a big loaded question. But kind of unpack some of that for us.
[00:12:26] Speaker B: I can't wait to go there. Well, let's go back to that originally when we're saying, what is the solution?
Well, God has always given us the solution. It's the seek to kingdom. But because we are so easily deceived. And it's interesting to me that in Deuteronomy, God is speaking through a prophet. And he said, today I'm going to lay before you blessings and cursings, life and death. And then he says, choose life.
Well, you know, I'm old enough that I remember a group that if you'd have said something like that, they'd have said, well, duh. But, you know, think about that. He had to tell us to choose life.
And I think, well, okay. Then I go to Proverbs and it says, hey, Brian, there's a way that seems right to you that in the end will lead to death. It's meaning. On my own, if I go to the tree of knowledge, I'm not going to be able to see the correct choice between what brings life and what brings death.
And then when we get into the last book of the Bible, Revelation, and we're in chapter 18 and we're at verse four and it says, I heard another voice from heaven saying, come out of her, my people.
Her is Babylon in. It's this system. It's this worldly system of things. Whether it's socialism or democracy or republic, it doesn't matter. It's this worldly system. And God is saying, come out of her. Who, the lost people? No, my people. From the very beginning, he has to tell us we need to choose life. There's a way that seems right to us and we're going to make the wrong choice apart from him. And then the very end, he's having to call his people out of the wrong kingdom. That because once again, we've been deceived and we make the wrong choice.
And so the solution is we seek the kingdom. But first we have to come out of Babylon. And Babylon is this world system. Babylon is a mercantile, commercial system that we don't even realize that we're in. That's part of the reason they call it Mystery Babylon. Because we're in this system. And we don't understand that we're in this system. And we're confused because. And again, I'm not trying to make anybody wrong. I'm not trying to offend anyone. But we discussed this earlier.
Some people think if we could just get back to the Constitution, that somehow the Constitution is this divine document. And these men were inspired by God to create the Constitution. And I will just share with you. I don't think so. If you look at closer, you'll see that we had the Articles of Confederation first and then they replaced it with the Constitution because they said it was weak and they listed all these things.
The joke that I like since I'm a dentist is they will say, well, it didn't have enough teeth. Well, Dr. Edwards, I know what you do with teeth. You put the bite on somebody.
And a constitution was created so that we could, it wasn't to perform, create a more perfect union. And it was certainly not we the people. These were men that gathered from certain states.
People didn't want the Constitution. This was pushed on them because we had to raise money so we could pay our debts. Nobody was going to invest in us unless they were able to pay it back. So the Constitution was created and we talked about this. If you go and look at Black's law dictionary and you look up the term constitutor, it'll tell you one who creates a constitution and then the second one, which is really important is one who creates the plan or scheme to pay the debt of another.
So what does that mean? The Constitution was created so the citizens would be responsible for the debt of the country.
Well, the Bible tells us if you're going to be debt for someone else, that's called surety. And we're not supposed to be in surety. If we join hands and swear to our neighbor that we'll be surety for the debt, God tells us to humble ourselves and don't even close your eyes, do anything you can to get out from underneath that situation because that surety will make you a slave to that agreement. You will be under that. It's a violation of God's original commandments. You know, when we get down and we talk about graven images and we'll go down a little bit further and we'll say that honor the Sabbath. Well, if you read that and it says God works six days and rested the seventh, the Sabbath is definitely about a day. But it's also about a way.
See, you work and then you rest or you work and then you receive, you earn something, then you receive it. But if you make yourself, if you go into debt or you make yourself for surety for something that you can receive today and pay for it later, or even have our children or the way this is set up, our great grandchildren will already in debt to the United States because we're the richest country in the world and yet we're the most indebted country in the world. How can that be? It's because we have a debt based economy and our economy is based on the surety of the citizens. They're put as surety. It happens at our birth. But let me get back to this where that in when you put yourself in debt, that that debt or whoever owns the debt becomes a ruler to you and you become a slave to that. And they, they can put undue labor on you. Which is an interesting way to define something. Because in the Lord's Prayer, when Jesus is telling us and deliver us from evil, that evil is not moral decay. That's not what the word means. The word means undue labors under a heavy tribute. And he tells us, all of you who are heavy with labor and weighed down, come to me, for my yoke is light, my burden is light.
We're not to be under this heavy labor. We're not to be surety for the debt.
And part of the way we pay the interest on that debt is through income tax. And people will tell you that, well, God says you're supposed to pay income tax. And so if you'll bear with me, I'm going to just kind of go through that scenario.
So the Pharisees are trying to trick Jesus. And they come together and they come to him and they say, now this is important. They say, we know that you're a teacher and that you're no respecter of man or person of man.
Well, stop right there. Man and person of man are two different things. Person is a status of man.
So when we start looking at our legal system, we'll see that it applies not to a living man, but to a person. And they define a person as an artificial entity or body politic. So right back there in the Bible, these Pharisees knew the difference between a man and a person, a man. So they said to him, is it lawful to pay tribute to, meaning taxes to Caesar?
Now there's a couple things that goes on here. One is Jesus always answered a question with a question to those who questioned his authority. Why? Because if you just directly answer a question, you're putting yourself into a conversation, you're putting yourself at their level. Jesus was making it very clear that he was the king. And he asked the questions. Some people even say asking is acting as king. That's what that stands for.
So when they asked him the question, he responds and he said, why do you tempt me, you hypocrites? Well, first of all, he responded that way because he is the king. We're not to answer questions and put ourselves. Do you understand?
I'm not saying we can't answer a question, but we have to be careful how we answer questions because it can put us underneath somebody's authority. Now, the next thing is, he said, you hypocrites. Now, it took me a long time to understand this, but it's so funny because. Because he says, show me the coin that you pay the. The tax, the tribute with, and they produce this penny.
Well, Dr. Edwards, the thing about that is there's only two people that should have had that coin. A Roman citizen that was there, one of the soldiers or a money changer. That's the only person. They should never, ever have a Roman coin. That would have be like me going into the church and. And going up to my pastor, and I'm in charge of helping men deal with pornography. And I say, Dr. Edwards, is it all right for me to look at pornographic magazines? And you say, well, show me one. And I go reach in my pocket and pull one out. So. Well, I got it right here. See how he said, hypocrites, you're not supposed to have a graven image. You're not supposed to be carrying those coins. But yet these men had these coins in their pocket. Do you see how that convicted them right there, that they're a hypocrite. They should not have had that coin. You had to pay your taxes in the Hebrew money. That's how it was. It was assessed, but then there was an exchange rate, and that's where the tax collector assessed it. High, high tax. And then he also would get you in the exchange rate because you had to take the Hebrew money and change it into the Roman money. And that Roman coin you paid the tax with, he's the only one that touched it.
So they should never have had that in the temple to begin with. That's why they're a hypocrite. And then Jesus says, okay, so whose image is on the coin?
And they said, caesar's. And then he said, well, whose image do you bear? Give to Caesar what is Caesar? And give to God's. What is God's. He's not telling you to pay taxes. What he's saying is, whose image do you bear? If you're created by God in the image of God, and you. You have a divine design within yourself to bring yourself into righteousness, then that's what you need to pursue. But if you have either through fear, fraud, or force, been Put into a contract where you have to submit to another person, then we need to honor that contract or come out of that contract with honor. And most of us at birth are entered into a contract that we don't even realize and we become property of the state.
And so the whole thing about paying taxes to Caesar and this. Look at how much we pay today. Back then, when they wanted the. The Israelites were trying to come out of Egypt, they paid 20%.
Today, if you got away with only 20% taxes, that would be great because you know that they were paying a use tax. So that's property tax for us. And there were sales tax that was involved in that 20%. But then we also have to pay an income tax, which just. So no one gets overly upset. But income taxes don't pay for any government services. They strictly go to the interest on the debt that this country borrows. And then that money is.
That debt is secured by the citizens of the United States through our contracts and submission to the. To the government. I'll take a break there because I may have gone over what you wanted me to say.
[00:23:01] Speaker A: No, that's good.
And I kind of have questions on a lot of things. Income tax, like where'd that come from? But also going all the way back to the original, that Constitution and using the citizens as surety for the debt.
And how did that play out, you know, and what happened with the Civil War, Abe Lincoln, maybe this kind of goes into the income tax thing. I don't know because I've read different things, just historically speaking.
And one thing I read was federal income tax was for federal workers. I've read about District of Columbia, which. That's a whole another topic too. Maybe.
But just. And, and then you mention at birth, the birth certificate puts us in contract with who? With what?
I mean, there, there's a lot there. So I don't know which way you might want to go, how far back you want to go. As far as, you know, you know, I've heard about the United States Incorporated or as a corporation, as opposed to a republic.
So. And this is probably brand new to a lot of people too. Okay. And we may need to do two or three episodes to get into all these different topics.
And of course, ultimately, again, guys, my. One of my points this year in 2026 is just to be more aware, expose things that are not of the kingdom of God.
[00:24:23] Speaker B: Right.
[00:24:23] Speaker A: And just so we're aware, just so we have knowledge, we're not ignorant.
But ultimately, at the end of the day, it's Relationship with Holy Spirit leading you in all truth and in real in that relationship, you'll know today how to love your neighbor and what decisions to make today in your day to day interaction at the grocery store and the gas station and everywhere else it gets, it's going to come right back down to this basic thing that Jesus said. Love God and love your neighbor as yourself.
That's the ultimate. But it we're tempted to go to these world systems is that's going to save me. This is going to save me. And we put our hope, trust and faith in all these things and then those things start getting exposed and shaken and we start shaking and our mental health starts to shake and our mitochondrial health starts to shake and our blood pressure goes up and then we can't sleep and then we go get a pharmaceutical and all this stuff.
So this is, this exposures for your benefit. The light comes into the dark and exposes and there can be good people in all these systems. There's probably a really sweet lady down here at the courthouse collecting the property tax.
Nothing against her at all and nothing against some congressman who's running for Congress now. And he probably doesn't even know some of the stuff we're about to get into. No. So this is for one purpose, to set you free. And the only thing that can set you free is the truth. And that's a person. Jesus Christ.
[00:25:43] Speaker B: Yes.
[00:25:44] Speaker A: From the kingdom of God. And how can we get back under that authority? And, and of course we can right now in our heart for sure. How does that manifest in the physical and, and we'll get into all that maybe. So sorry Brian went off on.
[00:25:57] Speaker B: No, no, I'm so glad you said that because that's, that's the whole point of this is we're seeking the kingdom and it's not about making people bad. So I'm just going to use my own personal experience.
I was trained as a regular dentist and practiced that way for many, many years. And there's a lot of things that even today some dentists will hold some misconceptions that common sense just tells us is wrong.
So I would place fillings when I first started, I would place fillings in people's teeth that were 50% mercury.
Now if something's been irradiated, that can be more toxic. But a naturally occurring element, the most toxic is mercury. And a filling that we were using, we call them amalgams or sometimes silver fillings. But those, those fillings are 50% mercury.
And we know they come off as a gas and in my own state, I'm from Indiana and Purdue University did some studies that showed that within 48 hours that mercury were in the brain of sheep, that they were placing these fillings and then sacrificing them and doing some studies.
So I placed a lot of mercury fillings.
I never, ever intended to hurt my patients. Never, Dr. Edwards. That was not my intention.
I thought what I was doing was true, but what I believed to be true was wrong.
So despite the fact that I was well meaning, I caused harm to other people.
And so I don't want to throw these people under the bus that work for the government or the people that are in religious institutions that are misguiding people, or medical or dental.
Our heart's in the right place. It's our heads deceived. But unfortunately, there's a phrase that said, the road to hell is paved with good intentions. So it's not just enough that we have good intentions, that we want to love God and, and we want to love ourselves and our neighbor. We need to know what God's truth is about that so that we're not mistakenly creating problems and harm for people, because what we believe to be true isn't true.
So let's go back to just a little bit. The Bible talks about this. We don't even. We can relate it to today, but we can go back into the Bible thousands of years ago, and there is a verse in Job where it says, the fatherless shall be snatched from its mother's breast and held as a pledge.
So the fatherless will be snatched from its mother's breast and held as a pledge. Now, let me explain how that would apply today.
When a child is born in the hospital, they have a live certificate of birth. And when they fill this out, interestingly enough, they have the mother put herself on a line and they instruct her to put her maiden name.
And the line she's putting it on is called informant.
And the reason the mother's using the maiden name is because she's testifying that this child, this property, right. Is fatherless. It doesn't belong in a house. It's not under the protection of a family. Like when we refer to a house, we're talking about a patriarchy family. Well, there's no father for this child. So the mother is an informant. An informant is someone who gives something up. So she's giving the baby up to the state. That's why it's a ward. It's a birthing ward. And they create a document. And when they list that in the paper, these births, they're actually a listing abandoned property. So does anybody have a financial interest in this? They're supposed to come forward and state it. And that's all done. And the mother's under duress, and we create this documentation. And so an agent on our behalf, our mother, turns us over to the state and makes us the property of the state.
And as such, they create an estate off of that and a trust that just so happens to be the same name that we think is our name.
We're given a name, and whoever gives you a name has authority over you. And so when, you know, Adam was told to name the animals because he had dominion over them, he had authority over them. And when we're born, our parents give us a name because they have authority over us. But mother unfortunately puts us down as fatherless. And so then we are taken as a pledge, as a certificate, as surety.
We become property of the state through the birth certificate. And that goes to vital statistics. And then that goes to the Secretary of State. And then there are. And these are put together, and bonds are created off of these. And then you bundle those bonds together, and we have what's called on ledger and off ledger. And so you might look at the United States in one perspective and say, we're the most indebted country in the world. But if you looked at the off ledger, based on the surety, we have trillions of dollars. Unbelievable. That's how. That's why people do business with us. Why would anybody do business with a country that's bankrupt?
Because off ledger, we're not bankrupt.
We have. We pledge the. The labor and the property of people. And that labor is when we pledge the labor. That labor is why we have to pay income tax, because our labor is pledged.
And we think the Constitution is supposed to protect us. But if you look at that, when they say, well, we have these rights, let's revisit this.
Rights only come from God. They don't come from man creating a piece of paper. So they're not really rights, they're actually privileges. And on top of that, you're charged for them. And people will say, what do you mean, Brian? And I'll say, well, it's not. What are the first 10amendments are rights called? They're called the Bill of Rights. It's a bill.
You were being charged for this. The bill is something where you charge something to someone. And so part of your liberty was taken, and part of that liberty was your. Your labor. Another part of that liberty was your Property, your children become surety. Another part of that is that we don't own land in this country. We have legal title. And originally we used to. There was the true title, and the true title got converted. It's called equitable conversion, and it got split into two titles. One is the legal title and the other is the beneficial interest title. And so if you look at that, you'll say the legal title is the apparent right of ownership where the beneficial interest belongs to another. Well, what does that mean? So we go out and I purchase a car, and so I give them the full amount to the car, and. And then what they should give me is something called the manufacturer certificate of origin or the manufacturer statement of origin. But what they do is they submit that to the state that I live in, and that state takes that, and we register my vehicle. And whenever you register something, you give administrative control to that entity, and they now have the beneficial interest.
So I have the legal title. I have to pay the taxes to use my own car that I just paid for.
But the beneficial interest belongs to the state.
And so I'm. I'll take a deep dive here, and I'm sorry if I offend anybody, but we have to understand what registering means.
So a few years back, there was some big controversy about whether or not the election was stolen from President Trump.
And at that time, the attorney general was William Barr. And I don't know if you remember, but they presented all this evidence to him and he said, I see no evidence of voter fraud. And people got really upset. Well, here's what he didn't say. He did not say, oh, I don't. I'm not saying I don't see evidence of changing votes. I'm just saying there's no evidence of voter fraud.
Well, what does that mean? Well, when we become a registered voter, what is it that we register with the state?
It's our vote.
We give them administrative control over our vote, and they have the beneficial interest of that.
That means technically they can change our vote. And that's not fraud. But we're not aware of that, that in the registration process, we gave up that administrative control. We've lost a certain part of our liberty when we do those things.
Does this make sense?
[00:34:21] Speaker A: Yes, it makes more sense on the vehicle because this manufacturer, certificate of origin, mco.
I've never seen a document with those words on it with my name on it for my vehicle that I have. So that document is with the state.
And if I don't do the yearly registration down at my courthouse, and pay my $76 and get my tag.
Then that property can be taken from me or, or even my land. It's real easy to understand with land.
I own 100 acres in Lubbock County.
Well, I think I do. But if I don't pay that property tax bill every year, the land can be taken from me. So do I really own it? Or I'm paying a fee every year so I can still use it. And of course I can sell it and get money, but I'm selling it to the next guy and he. He's got to keep that fee, the property tax.
So that make definitely makes more sense on that side of things that I.
This is all pieces of paper and there's lots of fees and taxes so that I can use all this stuff.
[00:35:29] Speaker B: Yes.
[00:35:30] Speaker A: Right back to that burst to. That's kind of blowing the mind. I know of the listeners for sure.
That sounds like just a lot of banking. Financial attorneys or lawyers.
We can talk about the difference there maybe. But just legal, administrative and banking rules and schemes hidden.
Nobody knows anything. Well, very few people know. What you just said about the birth certificate. Where'd that come. Who came up with that? What. When did that start? Who came up with that? What is this part of this Babylon system you're talking about? You know, go into more the origins of that whole thing.
[00:36:13] Speaker B: Sure. So, and we'll go back to the Bible when it talks about the. That when it's telling us in. In Revelation chapter 18 and it's telling to come out of her Babylon and then it will go down and talk about the things that Babylon trades in. And the very last words will be souls and, and bodies of men. And some, some translations will be slaves.
And, and so what happens is Babylon is trading. It's. It's human trafficking. We even use the word human resource. You know, it's like, okay, well we're being trafficked. And even back then it's making reference in Babylon and in Rome they had what I'll call a mercantile law, a system set up on what we would today call the commercial code, that all the laws that we operate are underneath a contract within the commercial code. Common law doesn't exist on the ground anymore. There used to be different dominions, as you mentioned earlier when it talked about the birds of the air and the fish and then the things that were on the land because there were dominions based on jurisdiction of the air, the land and the water. And the water sometimes is referred to as maritime law or admiralty law, but it's actually Commercial law. And it. Commercial law came on the land.
They, they started saying that everything on land is actually part of the water domain. That's why when you go into a courthouse, that courthouse is actually considered a ship in dock, in dry dock. And, and the highways are put together through the civil engineers, but it's done under the Department of Navy because the land is considered part of the water now. And, and this was done through some just legal shenanigans. But in the Bible we talk about the beast coming out of the water. The beast is this mercantile system. And it came up onto the land. That's this beast that we're talking about is this commercial system that through fraud and fear, they ensnare people. And people become not involuntary slaves, but voluntary slaves due through deceit. And so this, this was going on in biblical times where we're seeing this and then when we see this. So how did it happen here with this country? Well, almost every country has a war because the people that control the money want to put the country in debt.
So we call it the Revolutionary War, but really it was the War of Independence. So you had independent colonies in what we call America. These were not British colonies. The British colonies came earlier, like Jamestown, and none of those colonies survived.
So the King of England couldn't get people to come to America. So what he did is he, they did something that, that most kings don't do. He said, I will give up the land patent. I will let you have the land if you will colonize this country and you'll have to pay me. And so the Puritans came to him and they negotiated for seven years the details of that. And so their passage over here and the supplies and things they need they had to purchase from the king. And they had a certain period of time where they were going to pay all that off. And they did. And then when we come to the war of independence, before that there was a French and Indian war.
Well then the king decided, hey, I'll help you fight the French and remove them because they were still at war with France. We can remove them and then you can expand your territories, but you'll have to pay us back. And at that point, then the colonies stopped paying the debt that they owed to the British Crown to help them in the French and Indian War. And what happened in that particular time is that the colonies, these independent colonies, this is important, they had their own money.
And it was not fiat money. In other words, it was not debt based. They actually had money that could be turned in for gold. Or silver. And that's why the colonies were taking off. They. They asked Benjamin Franklin, why are you guys so successful? He said, because we have our own money and it's based by gold and silver. That's why. Then in the. In the Constitution, it says that only the government can coin money because they knew how important that was.
But in the War of Independence, because the colonies were stating their independence, it wasn't about taxes. The taxes were just like a small percentage, you know, when we're throwing the.
The tea into the. Into the bay. And that was supposed to be the big thing. No, no, no. The big thing was, is that now the king tried to come in and pass laws and was putting soldiers here, and they were governing the people in these colonies as if they were conquered people, and they weren't. They were supposed to be treated as independent people. So they had a war of independence. But that independence plunged these. These colonies into debt, and they needed to pay the debt. And what's ironic for people, in case they don't understand this, is that the British Crown funded both sides of the war.
And no, the British Crown is not the King of England or the Queen of England. It's the people that run the bank of England. And they funded both sides of the war because they'll tell you, and I think it's a Rothschild. That, by the way, that's not. Rothschild is not the original name of that family. The original name of that family was Bear. Like Bear Aspirin.
[00:41:59] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:41:59] Speaker B: And so they said, I don't care who makes your laws, as long as I can control your currency.
So he knew that it didn't matter which side he funded. Whoever won was going to be in debt to them. And so the Articles of Confederation, they created, and now we're in debt, and we need to pay this off. And these countries said, no, no, no, the Articles of Confederation aren't going to work. You need something that will guarantee our debt. And so different representatives from different states, not we the people, we the states, got together to create the Constitution, and they tell you why they did it. But when you read the different things that are in there, it's about honoring contracts. You cannot make any law that can impede a contract. Why? Because these contracts that they were entering into, they needed them to be upheld no matter what happened. And so when we look up the legal definition of a constitutor, one who creates a constitution or a plan or scheme to pay the debt of another.
It started then in the War of Independence, which, by the way, again, just so we know that's not a revolutionary war. There was no revolution. These countries were. I mean, these colonies were fighting for their independence, which is what they had in the beginning. They were independent colonies. They. They were sovereign in and of themselves.
So that's where that started. So then you look at. So what about the Civil War?
Well, here's the thing.
The when. When the country in the beginning started with the Constitution, we had a national bank, which is a huge. No, no. And it was. It was chartered for a period of time, and that was done through the Secretary of treasury at the time, which was Hamilton.
There's a play or something about him here. And in the play, it even goes into this. And I don't think people understand. This is not somebody we should be thinking of as a good guy. This is a guy who created a thing to make the citizens of the United States a surety by controlling the money. They could just create money out of thin air. And then they loan it to banks or to people and then they change the value of the money. And that can crush people, put us into a depression at one time. But so now let's fast forward. That bank lost its charter and was not renewed.
And so the Civil War, whenever you get war, you have to create a war between two entities that are pretty well equal.
Well, at that time, the United States of America was so powerful, there was no country that could go to war. To her and risk winning it would be impossible.
Britain tried it in 1812. They tried to come back over and take things, and they found out we can't. We can't win a war that way. These people are too strong. We have to import everything. We have to cross an ocean to get here. It's just not feasible.
So the money makers wanted us to create a second national bank. And so the only way they could do that is they had to split the country.
The Civil War is not about slavery, involuntary slavery, and it is not about state rights. It was about creating this division so that they could get this. Only country that could. That could fight itself would be the United States. So they had to divide us so that we would fight.
And President Lincoln, oddly enough, was not eligible to be president because he was an attorney. And we talked. You mentioned that earlier difference between a lawyer and an attorney. An attorney is a member of the bar. And some people will tell you that stands for a British aristocratic registration. And some will say, well, it doesn't. Well, whether you believe that or not, only attorneys that are members of the bar are allowed to call themselves Esquire.
Well, esquire is a term of British nobility.
Now, in the original Constitution, it said we can't use terms of nobility.
And because Abraham Lincoln was a member of the bar and an esquire, he was not eligible to hold the office of President. He couldn't hold any offices.
But a lot of money was spent to put him in there. And as he became the President of the United States, then the Southern states, they seceded, they walked out of Congress.
And so that left the Congress with a minority, not a majority, so they could not pass anything.
So Abraham Lincoln started creating executive orders because he was now the President, and he started to create these executive orders. And one of them, as you mentioned, there is the Organic act, and then there's the organic act of 1871. And that's when he created that a corporation would manage the services of the government for the United States. And if you. I don't have it in front of me, but you can go in and look it up and you'll see under the judiciary, the United States is a corporation. It's a federal corporation. And it was created back then through the Organic act to provide governmental services for the United States of America because it couldn't govern itself because over half of its representatives walked out when the south seceded from the Union.
And so he is. One of the first executive orders was called the Lieberman Code. And the Lieberman Code has never been receded. And the reason, or I want to bring that up, is because the Lieberman Code says that we're at war.
And so the Constitution has been set aside and we're under martial law currently.
And I know that's kind of deep. Am I going too deep, or was this what you wanted me to discuss?
[00:47:41] Speaker A: No, Exactly. Yeah. We're trying to connect the dots all the way back to all the way now.
[00:47:46] Speaker B: So, yeah, so from the beginning of our country, the. The independence, there it was to create a national bank. And we had that national bank, and it outlived its charter. And they tried to do it and create a second national bank. In a way, we're having trouble. So the powers that be created a civil war. And out of that civil war, President Lincoln started doing things that made this country act more as a corporation and commercial instead of what was originally designed to be a democratic republic, which for those of you that think if we could just get back to the republic, I'm saying no. A democratic republic is not a republic. Anything democratic, a true democracy is mob rule. So that's. How's the joke go. That's two wolves and one sheep voting on what's for dinner. You can't have 51% of the population vote and take away the rights or the privileges or the liberties of the other 49%. That, that's not God's kingdom. In fact, Jesus said, my kingdom is not like their kingdom where one man exercises authority over another man and calls himself benefactor.
Our governments tell us they're going to give us these benefits, but in fact they're using that benefit for us to give up part of our power.
And our, and that power is usually in liberty. And so that's how that started with the Civil War and that we've been underneath martial law the whole time. And then back in the day, if two people wanted to be joined in holy matrimony, they could get witnesses and sign it in their Bible.
But what a corporation will do is it will remove your rights and they will become privileges. And now you have to apply for a license.
So because the devil is very deceptive, he'll use different words and different meanings of words. In fact, I believe it's in second Peter, chapter two, verse three, and it says, and by covetousness and through feigned words they will make merchandise of you. And so feigned words are made up words or words that don't have meaning that we think they have meaning. So when people will say, well, what do you think about same sex marriage? And I'll say, well, you know, to be joined in holy matrimony is entirely different. Marriage, marriage is a contract within three commercial entities and they are artificial. So you have a contract between two entities and the state. Or in holy matrimony we have the joining of a man and a woman under the authority of God, not under the authority of the state. Now we use the terms interchangeably many times. We do. But this applying for a license to get married, that's they're making that a privilege, that you need to have a license and that someone has to be ordained to officiate that and they need to have a license. And that's only if you're operating in that commercial corporation that we described earlier. But if you're operating in God's kingdom, your rights are your rights. You're a free soul under God. You don't have to apply to any other state or put your trust in confidence in a man or in a prince, meaning a ruler. You're to put your confidence in God and operate in his laws. But it's through this deceit. Actually the word legal construct means Fiction. So it's through these legal constructs, these fictions, that we get entangled and confused. And through these hidden contracts and agreements, we bind ourselves. And God said, jesus explained what's going to happen. Look, I'm going to go down to Jerusalem, he said. He's about to die on the cross. I'm going to redeem you from this inauthentic authority. However, be careful, because whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven. And whatever you loose on earth will be loose in heaven. Well, how are we going to bind something on earth that's going to bind it in heaven? It's when I go in through this contract and I bind myself through a surety or go into debt, or get into an agreement or a treaty with someone other than God.
God, when he brought the Israelites to the promised land, he said, look, I'm about to give you this land, but when you go in there, don't make any treaties or agreements with these people. It's a snare. It's a trap. You just stay true to me.
And we think that the United States is the greatest nation. I'm sorry for speaking over here. I just want to make this clear. No, the United States is not the greatest nation. The greatest nation that ever exists was the nation of Israel. The first 400 years when it went into the promised land, it had no king, it had no standing army, and it had no police system. It had no official welfare system.
Everybody did things out of faith, hope, and charity. Love for God, Love for your neighbor, love for yourself. And they didn't need a standing army because the nations around them knew that they were with God and they pulled back from them. We just somehow we think today that we need to have an army. But why do we need to have an army if. If God. If we're in God's kingdom and he's sovereign, I don't know. And if we need to raise an army, we can raise an army. Abraham raised an army to go get lot.
900 some odd men. They were not his employees. They were people that traveled with him because they wanted to live in this way of faith, hope, and charity. And what people don't understand, and it's interesting, but Lot was a part of a city.
And that city decided that that territory was no longer going to pay its tribute to a king.
So four kings got together and came down to fight these other five kings.
Among those kings, there were some kings that would have been called giants.
And sometimes the word giant can mean a very big person or it can mean a tyrant.
But these four kings come down with their army, and they beat the five kings. And everybody's talking about how powerful those four kings were.
Except Abraham, overnight, raises an army of 900 people, which is way shy of what these other four kings have. And he goes in to go fight them, and he is so successful at beating them that Melchizedek is bringing all these supplies because they're expecting it to be a long war. And no, Abraham and his team, because God is on their side, defeats this army that's supposed to be so powerful, that just defeated these other five kings. And Abraham wipes them out with his small group. Well, that's nothing but a God thing. And he does it so quick, quickly, that Melchizedek, who's bringing the bread and the wine, trying to bring them things here to support them, they've already won. They meet him out there and they recognize he's the true king of priests, and they give him a tribute. They don't have to take the wine. And then when Abraham comes back to the city, and then what? That mayor of that city comes out and he said, you can keep all the bounty, everything that you've got. Just give me the people.
And Abraham says, no, I'm not going to take a shoelace. But he turns to the people and he said, those of you that want to go back into the city, you're free to go back into the city. And those that you. That want to go someplace else, you can go someplace else. And those of you that want to come with me, you can come with me. And his thing was that system of faith, hope, and charity. But notice that mayor did not want the. The merchandise. He wanted the people, because he knew the people were the real merchandise. And this was going back in the times of Abraham, in the times of Egypt. That's why Egypt was holding on to the Israelites. They were using them as surety. They were paying a debt. No one owned anything. You know, it was Joseph who that. He saw the famine coming, and so they store all this grain. Well, at first, people are giving their money, and now they don't have money, so they're giving their animals. And then they pledge their land, and now they're out of land, and now they pledge themselves. And the Pharaoh says, look, I'll let you just pay a user's fee, 20%.
It's that same thing that somebody's paying on all that property in Lubbock County.
You can stay on the land and do these things. You just have to pay me 20%. And that same thing is happening today. And we're in the same commercial system. That's why sometimes it'll refer to things as Babylon or it'll talk about the seven hills. That's talking about Roman. It's the Rome. It's the same system. It's the same mercantile system. It's been going on forever. And unfortunately we're in it right now. And we call it mystery Babylon because we don't even understand we're in Babylon. And I want to make a point here that we had talked about earlier is again, I'm not trying to put anybody down, but when I got out of dental school here I have all these experts in dentistry, and well over 90% of us are putting mercury in people's mouths, not because we have bad intentions, but because we're deceived. Well, our government leaders are deceived. Our religious leaders are deceived. Many people don't understand what the kingdom of God is. They're telling you that Romans 13, when it says submit to the higher powers, they'll tell you that means to submit to the government.
Well, God did not. Jesus did not die on the cross and pay a price to redeem you from an inauthentic authority, to put you under the true authority of God, to be a free soul under man, to have you turn right around and go back under there. As a matter of fact, if you don't mind, I'd like to read something in Galatians. Is that all right?
[00:57:03] Speaker A: Yes, go right ahead.
[00:57:05] Speaker B: Now, this is. This is.
So we're speaking. Paul is speaking. So he says, even so, we, when we were children were in bondage under the elements of the world.
Now I would suggest that if some. Someone's reading this, I'd want them to go look up that word world.
And what you're going to see is it's translated into cosmos with a K.
And when you see that word, and they will tell you it means structured, ordered, constitutional based government.
It's not talking about the inhabited earth. So he's saying, even so, when we were in bondage under the elements of the world, the constitutional based governments said, but when the fullness of the time was come, God sent forth his son made of woman under the law to redeem. That means to remove from an ineffective authority under a legitimate authority. And it says, to redeem those that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. And because ye are sons, God has set forth the spirit of his son into your hearts, crying Abba, Father, wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son. And if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.
Howbeit then when you knew not God, ye did service unto them which by nature are no gods. That's the little Jes. That's the rulers, that's the presidents, that's the governors. He said, but now after that ye have known God, or rather are known by God, how turn ye again to weak and beggarly elements of whereunto you desire again to be in bondage.
Paul's saying right there, look, God Jesus redeemed you. You are now a son. That is your identity. You are not a servant. I know James refers to himself as a bond servant, but that's a role. You're a role as a physician. I have a role as a, as a dentist. You may have a role as a spouse or a parent or a sibling or a child, but those are roles. Your true identity, who you really are is a son or daughter in the living God, the, the sovereign creator of everything, the unmoved mover, the most powerful entity anything can know. We are a son of that and we are a co heir to that. We're not to put ourselves under any other authority. He says we cannot serve two masters, we cannot be unequally yoked. And yet in our country, well meaning people who want to, who love God and want to follow him and have put themselves and bound themselves, that have bound things in heaven and through deceit and fear and fraud, they're entrapped through these covenants and they put themselves back under the, the bondage of the world. And again that world is constitutional, structured, ordered, constitutional based government.
Boy, I can get long winded on this stuff, can I?
[01:00:00] Speaker A: No. I mean, yes you can, but it's good.
And I think probably smoke's coming out of a lot of people's ears right now or just their mouth is hanging open with bewilderment. Can't believe this.
And I'm definitely gonna have to have you back because I want to give more examples.
I mean there's so many questions in so many different ways. I want to continue to flesh all this out.
But that example when, when things became a corporation, Abraham Lincoln administrate the affairs of the government made the corporation. Corporations have bylaws and rules and statutes and codes.
I think there's 50,000 plus probably more than that now that and we have to follow these rules and register things and do X, Y and Z things and just that's this how this company works.
And then we've got to come into contract. Like the whole birth certificate thing, I know that's blowing people's mind too, but because in the background hidden is these entities and rulers and people that want to control.
They want to rule the world.
And the Bible's clear about the ruler of this world.
Yes. And that we are not a citizen of this world, we're a citizen of heaven and we are seated in heavenly places and we are in Christ and he's in us.
And that's part of the reason I wanted to bring Dr. Spillman on it, just to set this contrast up that this world we're living in versus God's original intent and what Jesus came to redeem us and get us out from under the authority of that other kingdom.
These are just key concepts. And I know it can cause some mental distress or you know, understand patriotism. And especially this year, 250 year anniversary of the United States, 1776 and all that. And it, it's, it can be mentally challenging and hard and I would submit to the audience to consider it might be. It could be because it was for me is I'm putting my hope and trust and faith and happiness and security and I'll say peace, but it wasn't true. Peace, confidence and all this in these world systems, if I can get the right politician in, if I can get my right the 401k and the stock market's doing good and if I can get all my ducks in a row and get a good mortgage interest rate and get a big enough savings account and whatever, fill in the blank things. If my favorite team wins a national championship that we slip you can. I could get tempted. I was used to be there where all these things were like what I was seeking after better. And if I could get all this kind of lined up just right, I would feel pretty good and feel pretty confident and feel pretty safe and secure and I'm going to be okay and, and just live my life not getting into all these deep things and conspiracy theory things and whatever and that that gives. I don't want to talk about all that. But here's the problem guys is what we're seeing in the world right now and as we at the top of this show said, all that stuff's getting shaken.
And if you're gonna put so much effort into trying to prop those systems up so they quit shaking or somehow turn your a blind eye to a lot of stuff that's going on just because you don't, you couldn't believe that could really be Going on. That can't be going on. There's no way that could be that corrupt. I want to hold on to that thing because that's where I get my security, that's where I get my provision protection. And it's all, that's the world, guys.
And that's, that's the point, that's the point of the show today and the last many shows is to just try to get us to see Jesus came to open our eyes and really it's given us his eyes and, and so we have more clarity in our heart when we see all this in the world. And because I believe he in Jesus, in us is supposed to actually influence all that.
And, and I don't know how exactly practically this works and maybe that's what we can talk about in, in a future show. Dr. Spillman. I'd love to because I'm a real practical guy. Okay, what, what I do tomorrow, if all that birth certificate, my automobiles registered or my vehicles registered, which that's another example, we can get into the next show, the right to travel.
No, it's restricted. You've got to register.
Yes, the driver's license to have permission to travel, that's a whole nother rabbit hole. But there's all these privileges. There's a bunch of them. We could spend the whole show just, just opening the eyes to. Oh wow, yeah, I've got to have permission to do all this stuff. But anyways, back to my point is I think that whole system is going to continue to be exposed and continue to shake and crumble and people are going to crumble and shake with it and, and it's not going to be pretty.
So let's recognize that and, and start seeking the kingdom first and talking to God about it and develop that relationship and abide in the vine.
That's how life is going to flow into you. And that light can shine into your family, your neighborhood, your co workers, your sphere of influence, the kingdom in you. And that's how as Jesus prayed and I'd love to get your thoughts on this Lord's Prayer that you mentioned, part of it already, Dr. Spillman, but we're out of time. But bringing God's will as it is in heaven into the earth. Jesus told us to pray like this.
So I translate that into it's not going to automatically happen. Why would we be praying for that to happen? Maybe there's a part we have to play. There's some, something we need to see different, believe different and therefore speak and act differently.
So I mean we're scratching the surface on this thing. I know a lot of this was crazy and new to, to people if you never heard heard this. But we'll have to have Dr. Brian Spillman back on the show to, to just talk more about these things again with the intent of ultimately pointing everything back to God. He loves you and he is love.
He sent his son, who is the truth, to set us free, open our hearts and our minds and our eyes to all this so that we could walk in love and affect the physical realm. Dr. Brian Spillman, thank you for being with us today. I'll give you the last word, any thoughts to what I just said or closing comments before we we say goodbye.
[01:07:02] Speaker B: I agree with you and I hope that. I know my words may be new to people. I'm not trying to offend anyone and I'm still learning and unlearning. This isn't about my rightness, but this is about seeking the kingdom and his righteousness and coming to know the truth. And as we apply that truth in our lives, we make ourselves free. We have to abide in the Word. And the Word is the Logos. It's the Spirit. Jesus was the Logos, the Spirit of God. It's not words on a paper. It's. That's rhema. It's. It's the Spirit that can let us look into things and see the truth. And if there's any of these things that are upsetting, I know for myself, I just had to continue to pray because we're not given this spirit of fear, but we're given power, love and sound mind. And when we see the world shaking around us and people are in fear, we can go to God to know that that truth will give us power and we can express his love to others. And we'll have a sound mind. We'll be able to exercise critical thinking and see the truth and see through the lies and understanding them. When God is shaking the elements of this world, he's talking about a structured, ordered, constitutional, based government.
And if the kingdoms of Satan fall, that's not a bad thing. But we may be so enmeshed in those that we think that our identity and patriotism, which is, by the way, loyalty to the Father. Well, we're not talking the Fatherland or the Founding Fathers, we're talking our Heavenly Father. So when the other kingdoms fall, we don't need to be afraid. Though 10,000 fall around me, I don't have to be afraid. And so I hope that my words did not create fear or anger, but rather just a desire to seek the truth and to spend time with God and pray about these things and pray for wisdom. And I'm so glad that I can share what I have. And I'm still learning and unlearning. I may have misspoken when I was talking so fast there, but hopefully people got the essence and my intent is always be an honor and to love the brotherhood.
So thank you for this opportunity to share what God's put on my heart for the past, oh, 20 plus years.
[01:09:04] Speaker A: Well, thank you, Dr. Spillman, for bringing your wisdom and truth that you've learned both from a spiritual and in the physical realm.
I think it's going to be very helpful as we move into the weeks and months and days ahead.
A lot of unknown, but there's, there's again, the one thing we do know, the Kingdom of God, it's not going to be shaken, so let's keep seeking it and, and putting our hope, trust and faith in that. All right, guys, thank you all for joining us today. We'll be back next week with another great show. Bye. Bye.
