Show Notes

What happens when a journalist follows the corruption all the way to the foundation?

In this episode of You're the Cure, Dr. Ben sits down with investigative journalist, constitutional advocate, and host of Steel News, Ann Vandersteel. Ann has spent years on the front lines of some of the most important stories of our time including government overreach, child trafficking through the CPS system, election integrity, financial corruption, and the steady erosion of the constitutional republic our founding fathers built. Her work has cost her platforms, accounts, and more. She kept going anyway.

In this conversation, Ann and Dr. Ben trace the architecture of control from the Jekyll Island meeting that secretly created the Federal Reserve in 1913, to the 16th Amendment that forced both parents into the workforce, to the way admiralty law and corporate contracts have quietly replaced common law in courtrooms across the country. They discuss how agencies like the IRS, FDA, CDC, and CPS are incorporated entities with Dun and Bradstreet numbers operating under commerce law rather than the law of the land, how surveillance systems including flock cameras, body cams, and data centers are being woven into a digital control grid, and why the solution is not political but spiritual.

This episode is not meant to cause fear. It is meant to shine the light of truth so you stop putting your hope in systems that were never designed to protect you.

[00:00:02] Speaker A: Hello, everybody. Welcome to another episode of youf're the cure. I'm Dr. Ben Edwards. I've got a great show today. Ann Vander still is going to join us. We're going to talk about a lot of interesting things we've touched on before with Dr. Brian Spillman. He, he first introduced us to the fact that there's some corruption in our government. And then we had the clash of two kingdoms and Randy Conway come on and explain a little more. But I've got introduced to Anne Vander Steel's work sometime during the COVID era that I guess we're kind of still in. I just saw CDC just bought up a whole bunch of new Covid vaccines. I don't want to get off on that tangent today, but I found Anne throughout when so much exposure was happening to the corruption in medicine, but also which led to obviously government and hhs, cdc, just all of that during the COVID years. And so I've been following her for a number of years and really love her work. And you can find [email protected] in the very front page of Anne's website. Kind of says it all, giving people a voice through journalism with integrity. So Ann is a journalist and I'll just read straight off the website. A powerhouse in investigative journalism, constitutional advocacy and boots on the ground reporting, fearlessly tackling the most pressing issues threatening American sovereignty and freedom. As the host of Still News, she is more than a journalist. She's a war correspondent in the battle for truth. A dynamic public public speaker and a relentless documentarian exposing government overreach, corruption and globalist agendas. And guys, the reason we do these shows, I've said it before, but why in the world would a health show and a doctor care about all this stuff? And what we've, we've had a few guests on talking about how our thoughts impact our neural pathways that impact inflammatory pathways that impact your mitochondria and mitochondria dysfunctions at the root of all chronic inflammatory based disease. And a dysfunctional mitochondria makes you weaker from an immune system standpoint to be able to fight off Covid flu, measles, whatever. It's all related. You can't put these things in silos. And it's a battle of our mind right now. And so these kind of shows that expose corruption aren't meant to depress you or bring fear or anxiety or angst. It's more my goal is to just shine the light of truth into the darkness so that you don't accidentally look to that system for security and peace and, you know, put your hope, trust and faith in that thing, almost like accidentally submitting to it in a religious manner even. And of course, you wouldn't say that you're doing that intellectually, but in your heart, if your heart is, is your. Your hope and faith for the future is in your 401k and Social Security and the government's going to take care of you and all these things. And even in the healthcare agencies. I've been so disappointed with the way we respond to things in the health realm, but I'm not going to go off on that right now. I want to bring Anne on because I think Ann's got a lot that she could do as far as connecting some dots, putting the pieces of the puzzle together for us to have a more clear picture, because I think everyone understands right now there's a lot of chaos in the world and what in the world's going on and things aren't making sense. So. And I believe will help us make sense of some of this and shine the light of truth in that darkness. And thank you for coming on the show today. [00:03:44] Speaker B: Thank you, Dr. Ben. It's great to be with you. And you know, I didn't enter journalism expecting to question the basic structure of government itself. It's a, you know, I came into the work because I wanted to understand why institutions so often fail the people they were supposedly created to serve. And boy, haven't we just learned a lot. [00:04:03] Speaker A: We have. And would you agree that Covid kind of opened the eyes of many, but. And maybe yours? I don't know fully. I haven't heard your full backstory on kind of when did you really open your eyes to some of this stuff and want to go expose some of these corrupt things? [00:04:20] Speaker B: Yeah, I think my eyes really well. I grew up in a house where my parents were both very involved in local politics. My mom sort of the original James o' Keeffe, and also using a pseudonym to pen expose on the politicians in the town and just, you know, put everybody into an uproar. And my father, who was constantly responding to this, the big three networks back in the day with editorial comments and they would frequently platform him in New York City on NBC, CBS and ABC on their national news show regarding his editorial comments. So I just grew up around intelligent people that believed in the Constitution and what our founding fathers had created. And they were fighting back then. And really, for me, my big eye opener, when I recognized that the system was something was terribly wrong was 9 11. I had just dropped my kids off at school. They were very young. And. And the first plane hit the building as I was dropping my second child off. And I said, what? And they said, yeah. And I. And I just knew. I knew that there was something wrong with that. So I turned around, got my other child, went back and on my way home, stopped at a friend's to see the second plane hit another building and watched George Bush sit there reading a book to children in school here in South Florida, only to find out, you know, when somebody whispered in his ear, the look on his face. And I said, he knows. He knows that this was going to happen. He knows what's going on. And he's. He's not even remotely surprised. And it was just a sick feeling. It was an intuition. And that's when I. My eyes got opened and it. I was in a funk for a good 30 days after that. I just really could not believe our country was going down the way it was. And I just knew that whatever it was they were doing in the Middle east was not authentic. It wasn't real. I mean, it was real in terms of the war, but the rest, the reasoning for doing it was, was on something that was fabricated. I just didn't understand the Patriot act and all that was coming at that time. And once it did. You know, we look back at history now and you can see the architecture that was the groundwork that was being laid then in addition to everything before that. And you see the surveillance state that we're being kettled into, you know, basically head over heels despite the fact Governor DeSantis here in Florida has now, you know, said no to flock cameras and sheriffs around the state are taking them down and covering them up and doing all this great stuff. The, the architecture is still there. Palantir, the prison state has moved forward and they are just gobbling up the world as quickly as possible right now. [00:06:48] Speaker A: Yeah, so much there. I was just this weekend driving through two small, small towns. I'm talking population 200 out here in West Texas, going to a ranch rodeo in a massive data center being built. Two of them actually. I drove by one in Turkey, Texas, and one down towards between Roaring Springs and Dickens. And we'll get into that maybe in a minute, but I want to go back that int 9 11. I was just happened to be talking to one of my employees this week about 911 because he wasn't even born yet. [00:07:17] Speaker B: And I thought, wow, wow, yeah, sure, there's that too. [00:07:20] Speaker A: How old am I? But. And I don't know. We can spend some time here if you want to, but that Building 7, that nobody ever talks. [00:07:26] Speaker B: Well, more and more they talk about it now. That was pulled, that was detonated, that was planned. And frankly, when you look at the videos of the towers coming down in slow motion, you can see. See that that was a controlled demolition. You see the explosions happen before this, before the building is coming. You see explosions going out the window and. And steel, metal getting jettisoned off it. Just when buildings collapse, medicine, metal doesn't jettison off the side of it. I mean, that's just. It's just all wrong. And I think we are getting to the bottom of. They're actually having a conference, believe it or not, in a few days, and I get a week in New York City. I've been invited to it. I just don't know if I'll be able to get up there with my schedule, but I'd like to. I just have to potentially watch it from afar. [00:08:09] Speaker A: Right? Yeah. Yeah. That Building 7 was the big eye opener, because there's no rational explanation for that. It's a huge building, 40 plus stories, and just straight down. So that opened a lot of eyes. And of course, a lot of the big, big podcasters, you know, the top five podcasters probably in the world are having shows on that. So a lot of people kind of understand something's way off there. But you knew that within minutes, basically, it sounds like. [00:08:34] Speaker B: Of course, yeah. [00:08:35] Speaker A: So kind of. I mean, take it from there. You just kept. I mean, your investigative journalism, your intuition, and just the gifts and talents God put into you. [00:08:44] Speaker B: I had a lot of interesting stories come my way when I first started podcasting in 2016. Everything from, you know, financial fraud that involved the Clinton foundation and banking systems, and. And I actually was a. I discovered the fact that General Flynn's attorney, Robert Kellner, with Covington Burling was a crooked attorney and the entire firm was a crooked firm through the late great Scott Bell, who had told me that. Not Bell, Scott Bennett. Excuse me, Scott Bennett, who had told me when he was incarcerated. It's a long, convoluted story, but the short, short version of it is that Covington Burling was involved in the money laundering with Swiss bank accounts when we had 19,000 Swiss bank accounts. It's an old story during the Hillary Clinton tenure as Secretary of State that the money laundering there was being facilitated by a law firm called Covington Burling, who also represented the state sponsors of terror that were laundering money into those bank accounts. And those Banks were donating money and the states were donating money to the Clinton Foundation. It was just one big, happy, incestuous family of terrorism and money laundering for criminals. And when I learned that Covington Berlin was the firm and that Robert Kellner was involved, I said, oh, my heavens, that's General Flynn's attorney. So I contacted Joe Flynn, told him, and I had just subsequently interviewed Sidney Powell about her book, License to Lie. And I said, you should probably go talk to Sidney Powell. She'd probably be helpful for your brother in the rest is history. They hired Sidney. But, I mean, this is. You know, these are the sort of interesting things God put in my path, that at the time when I was podcasting 10 years ago, it was Alex Jones and myself, there weren't a lot of big podcasts out there. So we had a pretty, you know, we had a lot of landscape, a lot of real estate to pull in a lot of eyeballs. And I was doing a lot of work in cps, incredible stories. And I started to realize, story after story, my opinion of people that were being targeted by CPS wasn't because the people were bad. It was because the agency was bad. And I just never imagined that an agency could be designed to traffic children. Like my. Just didn't compute in my brain that the government could be this evil. And it was through this sort of learning knowledge curve of just getting inundated with all of these stories that I recognized quickly that, frankly, the State Department, the United States embassies, through my investigations and all of this stuff were basically an underground railroad for child trafficking worldwide. And I said live on a show. And I'll never forget this, it was in 2017 that we had about 300,000 people, live viewers, during this time period on your Voice America. And I said to the host, Bill Mitchell, I said, you know, Bill, when it's all said and done, we're going to find out 85% of the world government leadership is involved in some form of child trafficking and child sex trafficking. And immediately after that, David Brock, Media Matters, and that entire cabal came after me. And they. They, you know, took X, my X account, or Twitter account. Lots of stuff happened. I lost YouTube accounts. It was just sort of like an attack. Same when they were attacking people that were outing Pizzagate and all this stuff. Turns out I was wrong. It's 95, not 85. So just, you know, when you understand the currency to, you know, the. The dark demon underworld that's running government around the world, and what we're really up against is spiritual warfare. That's when in 2021, I got baptized, because I said, there's just no way that there can be this much evil out there without, you know, finding good. But there has to be a counterbalance if you're just going to be strictly scientific about it. So all of that to say, as I continue to investigate government accountability, medical freedom, cps, all of the financial regulators, the election stuff, surveillance, the administrative state, you start to see the same pattern that authority was constantly moving farther away from the individual and closer to a centralized institution that was difficult to challenge and rarely ever held personally accountable. So this has led me back to the Constitution, and from there, I just started asking questions whether we were still even operating according to the original design of our federal constitutional republic, or whether that structure had been overshadowed by government operating increasingly through the debt that they continue to generate. I mean, $40 trillion. The administrative codes that just strangle, you know, business and, you know, mostly the private business, because corporations figure out loopholes, right? But the federal instrumentalities sort of like what Facebook and all these social media companies, they became federal instrumentalities where they were doing the censorship because the government is supposedly, you know, governed by our Constitution. And then, of course, all these unelected regulatory bodies. So my conclusion is not that the Constitution has disappeared, but frankly, I've come to the conclusion that we just stopped insisting that the government reign within, remain, and operate within its constitutional boundaries. [00:13:30] Speaker A: Wow. [00:13:32] Speaker B: I know it's a lot right there, but that's kind of how my brain works. I sort of see this whole thing as one giant, you know, usurpation of. Of everything that our Founding fathers stood for, died for, fought for, sacrificed for, and here we are. [00:13:48] Speaker A: Yeah, well, and I do want to give you the opportunity to kind of go back and just give a brief of what the Constitution, the founding Fathers, actually intended and. And what it says versus what we're operating under now. But I want to maybe kind of close that loop if we can. You mentioned the Flock cameras. I think we're up to 100 cities now that have actually listened to the people and taken the Flock cameras down. And, guys, if you don't know what Flock cameras are, you can go look it up. Probably you've heard of it, but I was just reading somebody on substack. I even forget the name of it because I just found her today. Leah something. And I'll send it to you. But Axios, everyone's worried about Flock, but this company, Axios, owns all the body cams for all the. All the Police Axon. That's it. [00:14:33] Speaker B: Axon. Axios is the media company. Axon, yeah. [00:14:36] Speaker A: They're the expert. Yeah. Owns a body cam, but then further than that, they own the company that owns all the cameras. We're talking doorbell cameras, all the private cameras, security cameras on your building, your house, whatever. They all go to some computer. Well, this same company owns all that. I mean, yeah, it's great to get flocked down, but then there's all these other. From a surveillance standpoint, then you bring in the data centers. I don't know. The last number I saw is like 5,000 plus data centers heading to 7,500. The next closest country maybe is 4 or 500 data centers. Just this massive data center explosion in the United States. Doesn't make sense. Just so we can, you know, have faster and cooler and better Google searches. Basically, you know, trying to put it all together like you have. From a surveillance standpoint, whether you're going digital currency, all the flock camera and other cameras. Just that, that page, I think it's the word you used earlier. But do you use. Is that where you see this whole thing from, from digital currency to massive surveillance? I mean, we could even get into the. This is maybe another topic for another show. But the nanotechnology, graphene oxide that. I mean, there's documented, peer reviewed, published bluetooth emissions coming out of people. There's nanotechnology inside the human body. The brain computer interface. You start putting all this together not only to surveil, but to potentially influence the thoughts. I mean, that, that's a lot there. But is that where you kind of see this whole thing going? [00:16:10] Speaker B: Absolutely, absolutely. I mean, I live in South Florida. I haven't seen a blue sky, sunny day consistently for several years now. They are absolutely spraying every day. It's overcast. It looks like Seattle. I honestly, I have to get up early because the haze starts. Starts to really fill out about 10:30, 11 in the morning. So if I want to see the sun, I've got to get up early to watch the sunrise and at least take it in in the morning so that I can set my melatonin so I can continue the sleep pattern. I mean, you have to do these things. Your body was designed to do that. God didn't put us on the planet with sunglasses. That's a modern invention. Sunscreen. Melanoma skin cancers have skyrocketed since the application of sunscreen. Look that up. It's all over the Internet. Yeah. This is all by design to completely cripple our immune system. Our God given perfect immune system. So yeah, that nanotechnology, if you didn't take the shot, don't worry, they've already, they've already shed it on you by the people. And I know it's in me because I used to get those terrible headaches in the back of the head. I've done a lot of work to detox heavy metals, but we all have it. You get it from shedding, from people who have the shot. They shed that vaccine, virus or fake virus all over you and they're spraying it in the air. You're getting it one way or the other. You're getting the aluminum, the barium, the strontium, all that stuff is being sprayed in the air. They're weather manipulating. They're using the 5G towers and the HARP arrays as well as the Doppler radar systems, all of that to make sure that they can control the weather. And also when they need it to rain and put it into the ground and get it all over your garden that you think you're growing without pesticides, well, you're getting all the other stuff in it. I had an interesting incident last summer in my community where a lot of us do garden. Everybody's gardens died in three days. Everybody. They've got this black stuff and everything just. It literally just died, killed. We had to literally scoop all the dirt out and start over. So whatever they sprayed last year was really quite toxic. So that being said, we do have it in us and I do believe that that nanotech in addition to the frequencies and now they want to go to 6G and everything else is designed to this Palantir digital prison to control us. Look, Elon Musk is bragging about how he thinks we're going to have a billion robots in 10 years. And I just was watching a video how somebody, you know, challenged a robot and it went straight into fight mode and started like literally jiu jitsuing two people. So, you know, again, Skynet, MK Ultra, CIA, they've always, you know, Hollywood has been around to basically tell us what they're doing and we just thought it was Hollywood. Remember every. Oh, that's just Hollywood. That only happens in Hollywood. Well, no, that's what's coming. And the technology that they have today, trust me, it's, you know, they already have technology we're going to see in 50 years. They have it already. And so we're just now, you know, we're in this sort of this push pull of disclosure. But you have to be careful from who you're listening and getting the quote disclosure from, because that is just as equally toxic as the real disclosure. So you've got this. There's so much information being spewed right now. You really have to sit back, take all of it in and then sending yourself and go, okay, what, what really feels true to me, let God help you discern. Because it's just insane what is being put out there these days. [00:19:27] Speaker A: Yep, absolutely. And guys, I just want to remind you, and there, there is always going to be the silver lining in the answer. But remind you what Jamie Winship said a few months ago on the show Kingdom vs Empire, and that empire is fear, fear, fear base intending to keep us divided and in fear mode and run to some savior that's not Jesus. But then there's a kingdom and the kingdom's actually already won and defeated that thing. But there's this, you know, Jesus lives in us, that Holy Spirit in us, and that creative flow will come from him for solutions. But we can't be in fear. So we've got to trust this invisible word, an invisible God that does love you and he is good and he's chosen to work through his body in the earth. That's us. Jesus is the head of the body. So we've got to really put our money where our mouth is, so to speak. Or walk the walk would be a better thing. We can't. This can't just be Bible verses. Intellectually, that season's over. This is actually. We believe the word or we don't. And when you truly do, the fruits of the spirit naturally sprout. You can't artificially make an apple come out of a pecan tree. An apple is going to come out of an apple tree and the fruits of the spirit will come out of you. When you are letting his spirit, it really, truly bring the, the light of truth in your heart and deal with the lies in your heart and, and just separate this thing out so you can truly bring the kingdom to the earth as Jesus already did, but he's continuing to do through us. So there is an answer to all this. So just want to remind you that. But, and what I, you know, the. Again, I said at the top of the show, I'm trying to wake people up a little bit so they don't put their hope, trust and faith in some system of the world because, because they're going to get burned and then they're going to crash mentally and go into depression, anxiety or worse. So let's just go back maybe, or feel free to make any comments on what I just said, but going back to that original founders documents and what they set up and what they limited and how it was supposed to be and then what were some big timeline moments of, of corruption or change or how do we get so far off? We can hit some of those highlights maybe? [00:21:32] Speaker B: Sure. To your, what you just said though, I would like to just drop this comment. As I say all the time, I was speaking with some folks this morning about, you know, there's people that need to be handled in military tribunals and executed for what they've done. They just do. They've created heinous, they've committed heinous crimes. I'm not going to name names because I don't want to start, you know, create some kind of public whatever. But in my opinion, there's people that have done some terrible things to Americans and to people around the world and they should be executed for what they've done. It was criminal. However, that being said, that's the mortal me, that's the man, the woman that is thinking this way. I know justice is served and where we're going, we will see the justice. It's just we might not see it here in this mortal plane. And so I think, you know, what your message just, you just delivered, you know, speaks to that because as a fallible human, sometimes you just want to see the justice because you feel you're so angry about what has happened. But the same token, it is a spiritual battle we're in and we are living through it. So we've got to continue to do the work that we're doing. We've got to listen to the, to the Holy Spirit when he's guiding us with some discernment because you might find yourself going down the wrong path inadvertently. And that's okay if that happens. But when you recognize it, you must do a, you know, an about face and exit and go on the, you know, go find the right path. And that's incumbent upon you not to sit there and continue to tell yourself some made up story to justify your actions. That's, that's where we are right now. And a lot of people are in this place where they're just going to justify their actions with a made up story because that just gives them peace. But that's, you know, that's not virtuous and it's certainly not the truth. And Jesus is the way, the light, the truth. Right. So we got to live like that. [00:23:12] Speaker A: Yep. [00:23:12] Speaker B: Anyhow, to your point, okay, how did we get here? So, you know, we are typically a Constitution. We're not typically. We were defined and created God's second covenant nation as a. As a constitutional republic. So what did the Constitution actually create? That's usually the question that I get. Well, what is this? It established a federal government of enumerated powers divided among three branches. Right. The states retained through the 10th Amendment, the broad general authority, the 9th and 10th. But Article 4 guaranteed the states a republican form of government. And the federal government itself was actually never intended to function like some private commercial company. That's why I can't stand this whole public private partnership stuff. It drives me crazy. We'll get to that in a second. But the lawful authority of the federal government comes from the Constitution and of course, the consent of us, we the governed. Right. So people hear about 1871. What is that? Well, the act that happened on February 21, 1871, it's frequently described as a law that incorporated the entire United States. So let's talk about what the statute actually says. The law that created this unified government for the District of Columbia and declared the District of Columbia a body corporate for municipal purposes didn't declare that the U.S. the United States of America has been converted into a private corporation. The original statute's very specific about its geographic and governmental subject. And if you read, you can read up on this in more detail. But the act did incorporate the actual District of Columbia as a municipal body. So it didn't sort of secretly rewrite the Constitution or convert every American to some corporate property at the time. But what the real question is how a constitutional government gradually did adopt this corporate, financial and administrative method of governing. And this is where the US Codes come in. So we have, I always say we have been so smothered by US Code, right? Because. And I've cited this, and I'm correcting myself here on the record, because 28 U.S.C. 3002 is a def. Definition under Title 28 that defines the United States for the purposes of Federal Debt Collection Procedures act to include a federal corporation. But that code that definition defines, is. Is. I should say, is applied only to the statute in that. In that. To a statute or chapter in which Congress places them. So in other words, section 3002, it says by its definition that it's. That applies as used in that chapter, but it doesn't apply to all the titles and chapters. You see what I'm saying? They are very specific. So they created U.S. code and statutes to create these agency organizations that sit. And what they've done is they've basically abused the non delegation doctrine and delegated authority that comes from us, we the people as our elected members of Congress and placed it in the hands of unelected bureaucrats in these agency governments. And the agency government has abused its authority for decades now. And it goes back to 1934 to Roosevelt, the Federal Register Act. And that is really what established this agency government. And sad to say, despite the fact that the Chevron deference was overturned last year in the Lopez bright decision, the Supreme Court, the agencies which were supposed to be put back in the box, their authority was supposed to be that of literally the watchdog of the industry that they're supposedly regulating. They are no longer, they were basically stripped of the authority of not only creating the rules but, but enforcing them. They are still acting as though they are judge, jury and the executioner. So when you have these agency governments, these agencies that are also incorporated, they have Dun and Bradstreet numbers, they have other federal numbers associated with them and they use it so they can send out bills and they're doing deals, for instance, the Pentagon, the Department of War, right? They are doing constant deals with the major corporations and spending billions, trillions of dollars, frankly. The CDC and the fda, with the pharmaceutical industry and so on and so forth, the CPS agencies around the country, even at the state level, doing deals with NGOs and other corporations in a very parasitic formulation, frankly, because it's so much money and they're incentivized to keep children separated. All of it shows you that it's the mirror opposite. In other words, a constitutional republic would be you and me representing ourselves and those around us in our local communities or wherever the point of jurisdiction is for that particular job, where we're doing the best that we can for everybody. The greater at large, where these agencies and their corporate partners, their public private partnerships, I call it, of evil, that nice sounding three letter name unfortunately delivers the exact opposite. Because of the amount of money flow and the fact that they have, they've been allowed to extend their jurisdiction, their power, etc. To do what's better for the industry that they're regulating. And why would they be incentivized to do that? Because of the revolving door from the industry into the agency and the agency back into the industry. So when you work in that industry and you get placed in an agency and you have a lot of stock options, et cetera, tied to your previous job, you're really not incentivized to make sure that that industry you're regulating, where you came from, is Doing the best by the consumer. And we see this time and time again. You name the agency and I can show you a disaster, whether it's medicine, food, oil, energy, you name it, there's some kind of disaster that's constantly been exposed. And of course, what is the cost of doing business? Some lawsuit where people get paid in class action suits, pittance for what they sustained, but that's the cost of doing business. And it's allowed because we've allowed this corporate structure to smother the constitutional republic. And so, I mean, this is, you know, in a nutshell. I'm giving you sort of broad brushstrokes here, but we have got to figure out how to, you know, untangle that Gordian knot of agency government. Dr. Ben. Because this is what has, I think, destroyed our country. This is what has incentivized us to get into war, into nation building, you know, into the financial architecture in which we're in. And I haven't even broken that down, but I'm just sort of giving you sort of a big picture of where we are. And I'd be happy to go back in time and talk about, you know, what legal tender and internal revenue legislation look like in the 1800s and bring us forward. But it's. I don't want to, you know, it's your show, so I don't want to go off all over the place here. [00:30:14] Speaker A: No, that, that'd be great. The financial piece, because it, it does seem like. Follow the money. Follow the money. Follow the money. Yeah. [00:30:21] Speaker B: They've centralized it, right? They've centralized our financial, you know, our, our. They've centralized the financial system. So back in 1862, there was an internal revenue legislation, legal tender, I should say an internal revenue legislation that during the Civil War, Congress authorized what was called U.S. notes, United States notes. And they were, you probably knew them as greenbacks. I think you remember all this during Lincoln, maybe remember a little bit of your history. And they established a new internal revenue mechanism, including an early federal income tax. Of course, this was to pay for the war. And the immediate jurisdiction, of course, was all about financing the war. The lasting change was that there was an expansion of federal monetary and taxing capacity because of it. Because we. Once you open that slippery slope, right, you open the door. Then in 1863 and 1864, we had the National Bank Acts. And those laws created nationally chartered banking system and basically a more uniform national currency. And of course it diminished the monetary independence of the state chartered banking systems. But it strengthened who. Well, Washington's relationship with national banks, which is of course more into the centralization then in 1868. What do we get? I personally loathe this amendment. We got the 14th amendment where we basically effectively transitioned out of being a state citizen electing our public servant into that of a US Citizen voting in our debt slave master. So there's a difference between electing and voting, clearly. But you know, we're marching on the path to more centralized government. It was a national citizenship, obviously, you know, it was slated as that and it was supposed to be a good thing. We basically exchanged our rights for privileges and it. This basically restricted the state action through citizenship. Also, due process and equal protection clauses were sort of lauded as good stuff, but it was already in our first 10amendments. So what do we need this overlay for except just to strip us from state into a more federalized citizen role? So the one of the parts of the 14th Amendment that also gets highly held out there was Section four declaring the validity of the legally authorized public debt of the United States. Right. So it didn't declare that citizens were property or collateral for government debt, but it definitely set the groundwork for, you know, we can, through the 14th Amendment, provide indispensable protection against any state violations of fundamental rights. But the larger shift in the balance between the state and the federal power came in terms of legitimacy of federal debt. So then you go to 1871 and the district of Columbia government where Congress created this unified DC Government and constituted the District as a municipal body, corporate. And that was pretty important in the development of government of Washington. But the night the. The really big powder, the, you know, powder the brow, as they say, was 1913, the 16th Amendment. And that is where I think when I look at the destruction of the family unit, I lay this right at the steps of the 16th. And Woodrow Wilson made a cataclysmic mistake. I know he recognized it as well. But allowing that to happen basically forced both parents into working. And when two parents have to work to afford food on the table because they're both having to pay tax, then you know, we've got a real problem. And this is what led us into the march of the indoctrination camps known as the public education system. So that 16th authorized Congress to tax income without apportioning the tax among the states according to population. It didn't create Congress's general taxing power from absolutely nothing. It removed constitutional obstacles that were involved in the treatment of income taxes as direct taxes requiring apportionment. So again, wholly unconstitutional. It had an enormous effect. And Washington basically acquired a permanent and expandable revenue stream tied directly to individuals and business income. So they made out like bandits in this. And then of course you have the Federal Reserve act, another one of Woodrow Wilson's massive blunders. This consisted of a Federal Board of Governors. There was federal, not federal, regional Federal Reserve banks. And the system itself was neither simply just a conventional private company, it was not even another executive department. It sort of has this hybrid statutory structure. And as they like to say, it's neither federal and it has, and it neither has reserves. So Congress did create it. But remember, that was done the creature of Jekyll Island. It was done in the dark of night. They didn't really have a quorum, but because the right people were there at the right time, they were able to create this, define the authority of it, but it could technically be amended. But private member banks hold all the required stock in this regional reserve bank and they participate in part of the system. So the problem doesn't necessarily depend on proving that a secret private company owns the U.S. necessarily. But you could sort of categorize that because of the Federal Reserve System. But here's the, you know, the real linchpin is Congress because they openly delegated extraordinary amount of monetary power to this private Reserve bank, this private federal bank, and you know, the Emergency Banking act that followed all of this. And the gold restrictions basically double down because you've got Roosevelt administration closing banks temporarily, Congress expanding the Executive and Treasury authority over banking and monetary affairs. And then of course, I'm sure everybody remembers Executive Order 6102, which restricted the private monetary gold holdings while the legislation changed gold ownership and monetary arrangements. So they stole the gold. And you know, for the people that are sitting there going, wow, I keep my gold in a depository, don't kid yourself. The federal government went around and took everybody's gold in depositories and all. And when it comes to 401ks and IRAs, we're talking about $27 trillion of government money, essentially, because it's their tax structure that's allowing you to accrue this money tax free out of your paycheck. They see it as theirs. And so don't think that if they get into a bind that they can't confiscate that as well. So I'll pause there to see if you have any questions. But that's kind of where, you know, this is the, this is a real problem for us because as we sit here today, $40 trillion of debt, the Government's going to have to figure out how to pay the piper. And I don't see them coming any closer to it because the Federal Reserve, you know, is in control of interest rates and you've got countries around the world that are in control of our sovereign debt. If they were to dump it, interest rates on that sovereign debt is going to skyrocket, aka the U.S. treasury. [00:37:09] Speaker A: Yeah. It's almost like they're trying to destroy the currency. [00:37:15] Speaker B: Yes. [00:37:16] Speaker A: Maybe the country. [00:37:18] Speaker B: Yes. [00:37:20] Speaker A: Could you touch a little more? You just briefed it on the Jekyll island meeting, who was there and under the COVID of dark and I think they used even fake names, you know that more details of that whole story. [00:37:34] Speaker B: I, I'm a little rusty on it. I've read the book several times. [00:37:38] Speaker A: Well, that's okay. [00:37:40] Speaker B: Yeah, I know they used, I know they met on a train car and it was when I didn't mean on a train car. They met at Jekyll island, but they went via train and they did use fake names to get there because of, well, because of the meaning that they were, they knew what they were doing when they set this up. That in fact I was just going to look it up real quick because. [00:38:00] Speaker A: And, and that was my main point. They knew it was wrong. [00:38:03] Speaker B: They knew it was wrong what they were doing. [00:38:04] Speaker A: They knew the consequences of it. They did it in secret. Changed their name or use fake names for the plane or train ticket to get there and set up this whole Federal Reserve thing. Yeah, that was kind of my main point of that. [00:38:15] Speaker B: They did all that in secrecy on purpose. It was, I know there were six people that were there. Oh yeah, Aldrich. Senator Nelson Aldrich. I was just say, I was just, I was saying Rockefeller, Nelson Rockefeller is Nelson Aldrich. Arthur Shelton, Frank Vanderlip, he was the president of the National City bank of New York. And then Warburg. Yep, Warburg was there. Paul Warburg. So these are just some of the folks, but it's interesting because you know when you look when you compare the Jekyll island story to the Titanic story. Right. The people that went down with the ship were the same people that didn't believe in setting up a central bank, you know, to the extent that they did here at Jekyll Island. So, you know, money begets power, power begets greed. And these people were greedy, power hungry brokers. And you know, this, the City of London, I don't think has ever frankly given up on trying to take back the control of the United States. I'm actually in the middle of writing something right now, I haven't finished it yet, but I'm kind of going through history of the petrodollar and the gold reserves and what happened. And I look at the city of London and what's happening in the war in Iran and the war in Ukraine and the people that are at war with Ukraine and Iran are the same people that were angry that usury was created again in 1067 in the city of London when the banking cabal first started in the city of London. And those people that are in, that started the city of London are the same people that were the Nazis in World War, you know, two essentially. And those same people never really lost. You know, we imported them in Operation Paperclip, started NASA and a bunch of other agencies. They're sitting in our agency government right now. They're sitting in the government of Israel right now. You know, I'm not talking about the people of Israel or the people in America, but I'm talking about the leadership of some very corrupt institutions and governments with an extraordinary amount of power. They're running this, you know, the state of Ukraine, the government of Ukraine. These are the same, you know, descendants of the same people. The Rothschild banking empire. All of it all comes out of that 1067 City of London, which is the Radonites that recognized that they had been discovered as creating a corrupt banking system. And so they decided to chameleon themselves and change their name to the Ashkenazi Jews. And they're nothing like the biblical Hebrews that you read about in the Bible, but they were obviously the biblical Hebrews are revered. Right. And so it's, it's amazing how people will change their likeness so that they can be identified as somebody that's likable while they're literally robbing you blind or you know, bringing you into war or what have you. And so the push pull of, of money and power has always been at the root of everything. And as we all know, Jesus flipped a bunch of stone tables at one point. So here we are. [00:41:13] Speaker A: Yep. Well I'm glad you brought that up with the city of London and all the way back to that. I mean that's 1200 years ago. Yeah, but, and, and guys, you can trace this all the way back Babylon, I mean, all the way Garden of Eden. I mean that's when this whole corruption came in, obviously. [00:41:31] Speaker B: That's right. [00:41:31] Speaker A: But we've just kind of been lulled to sleep and deceived and the father of all lies have used all these systems of the world and we Accidentally got tangled up in a mall. Mostly through deception and ignorance. And that's what's being unraveled and exposed right now. And it's, it's everything shaken. That verse about everything that can be shaken will be shaken and right. Exactly what's happening. [00:41:55] Speaker B: Right? [00:41:56] Speaker A: You can't shake the kingdom of God. Jesus is not shakable. He's in us, we're seated in him. In heavenly places. Guys, we've got to truly believe it or else you're gonna get shaken. Real, real shaken. [00:42:07] Speaker B: You don't see me, I'm not crying, I'm smiling because I'm looking at the history and you can watch the progression, the march through history, how you know, you know, God gave us this opportunity here and some very brave men came over here to, to create this beautiful country and describe his name four times in our founding father's documents and sacrifice their lives, fortunes and sacred honor. And my great great grandfather fought in the, in the Revolutionary War. Sam Ollis from western North Carolina. I, I gotta tell you, I will forever have that in my blood and I will be forever grateful for that lineage because I know what's at stake and I'm proud to be a part of exposing the history in a positive way and recognize that, you know, this battle is eternal. And so that's okay. We all get rewarded for doing the righteous fight. And I think that's, you know, that's where I don't have fear because so what they're going to try and do this. So what? They're trying to destroy the world. Not so what? But in the sense of, okay, so that's this world here, but you know, where we're going, I'm not going to have these issues. So I'm gonna be a happy warrior. [00:43:09] Speaker A: Amen, sister. I love it. Yeah, my great, great, great way. Many greats back. William Bradford came over on the Mayflower and he was a governor of plymouth. And for 30 years in a row they voted every year and they kept voting him every year. And he said, the only government that'll work in this country is one where God's law is written on the hearts of men. And he signed a treaty with the chief, you know, Native American. There is the first time in the longest treaty ever in my understanding. But that, that chief approached Bradford because he said, I see something different in you. All the Europeans that came over before came and stole us or did something corrupt and self centered. You're not self centered. You love your neighbor. I mean, basically what the chief, this head Native American saw In my great, great, great, great. Was, was Christ in him loving his neighbor, loving the Creator and loving his neighbors. What that Native American said, that's why I want a treaty with you, because you're like us. We love our Creator and we love our neighbor and so do you. Let's come together. And they did. [00:44:14] Speaker B: Yeah. Amazing. [00:44:16] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:44:17] Speaker B: One true God. One true God. [00:44:18] Speaker A: That's it. Amen. [00:44:19] Speaker B: Dr. Zelenko used to say it all the time. One true God. [00:44:22] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:44:22] Speaker B: And he was a, he was an Orthodox Jew, but he believed there was one true God. So. [00:44:27] Speaker A: Right. I, I just want to go back. I know this more elementary. But that original republic, the Constitution, the founding documents, it's my understanding, if I'm remembering correctly, was it 19 enumerated powers? [00:44:42] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:44:44] Speaker A: And so basically that there were 19 specific things. That's it. The. As far as federal government and everything else, you love your neighbor and if you accidentally hurt your neighbor by accident, will you make it right? And if there's a little dispute on making that right, well, you go get a couple other neighbors, try to work that out, and ultimately you get a jury of your 12 peers and in your community and, and y' all try to, and you come to an agreement that way if it goes that far. But it was just a way of. This is how you relate to other people. And when there's a disagreement, this is how you're gonna overcome that if you want to come together in your local community to do these things. And it was all this local thing and there were those 19 agreed upon things at the federal level and that was it. And then these codes you're talking about, people don't, if you don't know that, go look it up. I mean, I don't, if I printed them off, probably hear the ceiling. I mean these US Codes, statutes, regulation, [00:45:39] Speaker B: policy enforcement, it's thousands, it's tens of thousands of pages. Just the IRS tax codes, 10,000 pages, title 26. It's unbelievable. [00:45:48] Speaker A: Yeah. And so what Ann was saying, these three letter IRS is a three letter epa, fda, cdc. I mean you can go right down the list. And what, what she was saying, just to really make this super elementary, because I have to do that, is all these quote unquote services. We've, we've delegated all this authority out to all these agencies and all these bureaucrats and they, they put all these rules in place. And if you think of it like a corporation and you're employed at a company or corporation, there's company bylaws and rules and regulations. And your job description. And here's how the rules are. You gotta follow these rules. It's our, our company and our company rules. And you're an employee and you follow the rules. Do you have a job, we pay you and blah blah blah. And it's almost like that, that's what got overlaid onto us. There's all these rules, statutes and regulations. You're basically an employee of this corporation. [00:46:39] Speaker B: That's right. [00:46:40] Speaker A: And you gotta follow the rules. And when you don't, then our rule enforcement agents will come, whether that's agents from X, Y or Z three letter agency will come and doing enforcement and, and then take you into court. I don't know if you. We have like 15 minutes left. We want to get into the whole court thing. And land, air and water and, and maritime law versus you know all that. [00:47:03] Speaker B: Yeah. So. So very simply, the bar was also created in 1871. The British accredited registry. That's what you hear today. Your bar card lawyers, you know, are you, are you a member of the bars? Your bar license been suspended? Are you allowed to practice law? So the Constitution is common law. If you read the Constitution and you get a Black's law dictionary from 6th edition or 4th edition and you read the Constitution read using the Black's law dictionary for definitions and you. I mean it's still pretty easy to read otherwise. But if you really want to be specific and get a full comprehension of what the Constitution is, this is not a big book. It's really simple. You read it and you will comprehend that this is common law. It was period language for the time it plain old common law English for the time period that it was written in. It was not sophisticated. What you have in admiralty law that this is the law of the land, right? That does. We stand on the land, we are the jurisdiction is, ours is the land. Admiralty law is, is the law of commerce, law of the seas. And again back in the period trade was done over the seas. So that's why it's called Admiralty law. And when you read admiralty law and you have this bar bar, British credit registry, what they did was make everything far more complex. They created legal fiction, another language in other words for just the admiralty law, administrative law. And when you as a people, you're not a corporation. Corporations are fiction. God created man, man is living. Man created government. Government is supposed to be a set of rules to protect us and to protect our Constitution from, from the government overreach, etc. But the fiction is in the corporation. Because corporations don't live and breathe and so admiralty law is legal, is governed by legal fiction because fiction governs fiction, corporations, etc and so the problem is when you get sent into an admiralty court and you can tell it is because it's got a flag with fringe on it, when you get sent to an admiralty court, they don't see you as a real living person. They see you as the corporate fiction that they have created using your birth certificate to create this legal fiction of you. It's your straw man of you and it's your all caps name of you. And that's how corporations transact with other corporations. Because contractually corporations can only contract with corporations. What government contracts typically represent are what we known as adhesion contracts where you have to opt into it. So by signing a birth certificate, by signing to get a Social Security card, by signing that 1040, you are telling the government my legal fiction is going to contract with you so that we can exchange. Which means you now work for them because you're now agreeing to pay them taxes, your hard earned labor, your sweat equity, whatever it is you did to dig that ditch and got paid a hundred bucks. You've now told the government, I'm going to give you $20. That was you opting in. You didn't have to tell them you got paid a hundred bucks. There's no law in the books that says you have to tell them anything. If it's when you contract in that 1040 and you tell them yeah, I made 100 bucks, then they say, well now you're in their rules. So you have to determine if you have deductions and how much you can take to which will determine how much money you have to give them. But if you never contract in with them, you're not in their system. And so I'm oversimplifying a lot of this, but it really is conceptually not that complex. Government creates adhesion contracts for the corporate corporations and they see you in your all caps name as that corporate entity. So you have to know the jurisdiction in which you're, you're operating. And then you have the air jurisdiction which is the law of the air or trust law. And when you can, when you can control the law of the land, the law of the water or admiralty and the law of the air or trust law. By having your assets in the right places and knowing how to operate those three jurisdictions, your life gets a lot more simple. But at the same token, it should never have become that complicated to begin with. We shouldn't have to operate like this. And the only reason we do is because we have now created all of these jurisdictions and we've created these codes and statutes and, and they're not, they're. They obfuscate the re. The. The real reasons for them so that you get tricked into engaging with them. And many people just get born. They get the Social Security card, they get the birth certificate and they are excited to have a Social Security card. So when they get that first job they can file that 1040. It's like yeah, you're going about this all wrong. [00:51:34] Speaker A: Yeah. So common law, constitution, law of the land, simple, easy to understand etc. Admiralty law, law of the sea. That's commerce. That's contractual. [00:51:48] Speaker B: Correct. [00:51:49] Speaker A: And that operates through corporations. So the United States gets incorporated DC all the. In all the three letter agencies all incorporated. And mentioned y' all might not have called it Dun and Bradstreet number. She said they all have their own Dun and Bradstreet number. Maybe let you explain what that is in a second but. And then you are no longer a living man or woman under your creator. You that entity. The birth certificate, we've talked about that actually on a previous show. Now you're operating in that all caps corporation name and you're under contract now. So you're functioning admiralty law, contract law, commerce law through these corporations. That's why it's all voluntary. But through deception. Nobody knew any of this. Maybe touch on Dun and Bradstreet number. What's that for people that never heard [00:52:37] Speaker B: of that Dun and Bradstreet number is when a corporation is when you create a corporation. You can get a Donna Bradstreet number. Registries in a corporate structure and it gives you ratings. I mean Moody's uses it. Dun and Bradstreet, these are all ratings you get whether you're a good corporation. You've all heard of the different rate like Better Business Bureau etc. Dun and Bradstreet is similar. So it's. It's just basically a catch all for corporations to that you can say yep, that's a real corporate structure. And if you were to go look up anyone, just pick an agency, pick your favorite or you're the one you hate the most and go look it up. Just do a quick Google search. It'll give you the DNB number. Then it tells you that is a registered corporation. [00:53:17] Speaker A: Wow. Unbelievable. [00:53:19] Speaker B: Well no it's believable. Oh yeah it is. [00:53:22] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:53:22] Speaker B: This is the mirror. This is, you know, this is where they've taken what was the law of the land and they've now put it into the law of the sea, the admiralty law, by creating corporate structures, title codes, etc, it's all corporate law that is like you said, contract law. And this is what we have. We now have contracts with the government in between agencies and private and private and public corporations to do business. And they are. But they conflate that contract law and try to drag you into it all the time because that's where they can, you know, take your things. You know, in, in the law of the land, you have to have a victim. You have to have a victim. And you see all the time when government will indict people where there were no victims at all. I'm working on a case right now in the SEC. It's a terrible story. And they have three people that are looking at 10 years plus in federal prison and there was not one victim. The SEC has not one victim. Everybody made millions and millions and hundreds of millions of dollars and yet the SEC went after this company because they were Trump supporters and you know, they were not part of, technically they were not even a regulated business. They were a private pre IPO hedge fund. And so the SEC decided to take it down, get a notch on the bedpost. And they work with the united with the Southern District of New York to do it. This is corruption of the highest order. [00:54:40] Speaker A: Yeah, that's a good point. Having a victim, you know, you run that stop sign. [00:54:45] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah. [00:54:46] Speaker A: I'm not advocating lawless driving, but it's just an example. You, you run that stop sign and there's no victim. The common law would say there's, there's no, nothing, nothing there. [00:54:58] Speaker B: Nothing there. Right. Nobody died, nobody did anything. But yet you are now in their, you know, jurisdiction of the municipal. Corporate. Municipality. And they said, well our, our corporate code says you violated my law. Well what's higher? The law of the land or your corporate municipal code? The law of the land. But again the, the again they're using you as your contracted you with your all caps name and your driver's license and your insurance to drag you into the corporate code, into the, excuse me, the administrative code court, into traffic court, which is an administrative court and go after you on a contract because you have signed a contract with the Department of Motor Vehicles to say you're operating under as a commercial operator because they're looking at your corporate code, your corporate name as a commercial operator. If you read DMVs, if you go to every state and you look up the Department of Motor Vehicles operating for a license, you will see it's all under doesn't talk about private people, talks about corporations. And. And it's a corporate contract that you're agreeing to operate as a corporation driving that vehicle. [00:55:56] Speaker A: Yep. And driving. And they use those specific words that are defined. [00:56:01] Speaker B: Traveling. [00:56:01] Speaker A: Traveling. Yeah. And automobile versus motor vehicle. [00:56:05] Speaker B: And it says, case in point. Dr. Ben. I've rented cars, believe it or not, using my passport card. Because on the back of your passport card, I've got mine right here on the back of it. This is my passport card. It looks just like a driver's license, but I use this. I can travel with this around the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas. I don't need. I don't need my book. I have my passport book as well. But this card, everybody's passport card says the same thing. Valid for domestic air. Air travel, land travel, around, blah, blah, blah. So it uses the word travel. And so I've actually given this to. I forget which. Rental aid, Thrifty or something. And rented a car before. No problem. [00:56:49] Speaker A: Yeah, Well, I know people might be asking, okay, you mentioned, understand the three jurisdictions get control of each three, you know, know how to operate and move. That seems like a really complex thing to figure out. And if you don't have it all figured out, you only have it 90 figured out. And the 10 you didn't figure out, oops. And then somehow you're contracted in and they get you. So that could be a little daunting. And we're out of time to really probably get into that. But I don't want to leave people hanging. What, what's your what say you if someone says, wow, how in the world would I learn how to operate these three entities? And, and the whole trust law. [00:57:27] Speaker B: Oh, my goodness, there's so many incredible resources out there. One that I've discovered a few years ago. Fantastic organization, national status.info nationalstatus.info they are, I, I think probably the most comprehensive organization of people. They have a beautiful website. They have a lot of resources on their website. They walk you through the whole, you know, process so you completely comprehend everything we talked about here in a much deeper level. And it gives you the tools to arm yourself so that if you find yourself in a situation, you've. You've decided to correct your status to that I'm a national. I don't technically. I'm not technically a US Citizen anymore. And it's, it's codified even with my US Passport. Because if you read your US Passport, it says on the actual passport book that it allows. It asks for, for whoever is allowing me to pass to, you know, allow the citizen, slash, national, to pass unencumbered, without hindrance. And so they recognize. The federal government recognizes two classes of citizens, that of a national and that of a U.S. citizen. So it can be done. But I think people's. It has been an incredible education for me, frankly. I started down this process and through it I came into this whole world of something was wrong and now I know what is wrong and why they did it. And you can certainly set yourself free. [00:58:51] Speaker A: Wow. That's awesome. Okay. And well, thank you so much. How can people follow you, support you, learn more? Just. Just follow you. Where's the best way social media? [00:59:05] Speaker B: Sure. I appreciate the opportunity to speak to your audience. Ann vandersteel.com is my website. On my website, I have links to all of my social media, including our foundation, where we will. Where we're very focused on setting children free. Half million children are languishing in the CPS system in some form or another across our country right now. And it's 95% of them technically do not legally meet the standards of even being taken. So we're working diligently on legislation to basically tighten that so that we can slow the pipeline down in a big way. But also litigation as well as education. And we spent a lot of time and money on educating people with documentaries and books. A couple more coming out. But a really simple primer is our book CPS Pipeline, State Sanctioned Kidnapping. And it's available on our [email protected] or you can get copies at Barnes and noble and Amazon.com awesome. [00:59:58] Speaker A: Thank you. It's been a great hour. I know the audience is going to love it. We'll have to have you back. Appreciate all you're doing to educate the masses and. And shine that light of truth. [01:00:09] Speaker B: Thank you. [01:00:10] Speaker A: That's Anne Vandersteel with the Vandersteels. Com. Thank you, Anne. [01:00:17] Speaker B: Thank you. [01:00:18] Speaker A: You bet. All right, everybody, we'll be back next week with another great show. Bye. Bye.
