[00:00:02] Speaker A: Hey, everybody. Welcome to another episode of you're the cure. I'm Dr. Ben Edwards. Today's show is going to blow your mind, knock your socks off. It might put you into cognitive dissonance again.
We're doing that a lot lately, but that's okay. And I know that's painful that, that when I went through that in 2012, when Roby Mitchell first introduced me to the truth in medicine, it was literally a year of just back and forth and back and forth and how can this be?
And that wrestling when you see right in front of your face the truth, but it doesn't align with what you've always believed. I mean, it's hard, guys, but we're in a season. We got to do this thing. Ephesians 5, 11. Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them. That's what we're going to do today.
In Luke 8, 17, 4, there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought into the open when it comes to the US tax code. Tax Law 1040, Personal Income Tax. That's what we're diving into today, guys. And guys, listen my heart in this. And I think my guest Christopher Hughes Day, he said this in his book.
We'll bring Chris on here in just a second. But at the end of the book, I think it was when he talks about this cognitive dissonance and you gotta gonna have to do something with this information and you can either accept it and find peace or reject it and then still find peace. Ultimately, we're supposed to, I believe, be walking around in our sphere of influence today at work, at the grocery store, at the coffee shop, wherever.
Letting Jesus in you shine through you into your neighbor so you can love your neighbor. End of the day, that's what we're supposed to do, okay? So whether you agree or disagree, accept or reject, or you just don't like the pain of this conversation, I find it super interesting. And that's why I asked Christopher Hughes to come on today to talk about. Because we've, we've talked some about the U. S.
Constitution and the corporation and we might get into some of that today, but specifically after I read Chris's book, which let me pull it up here.
Legal non taxpayer.
That may sound strange to you, may sound like an oxymoron. Isn't it illegal to not pay taxes?
Legal non taxpayer. The name of the book, how to legally never file or pay federal income tax ever again. Sounds crazy, doesn't it? Guys, but I just heard the other day. I mean, Marjorie Taylor Greene, u. S. Congresswoman. Former. She quit or. Or didn't go for re election. I forget. Whatever. But she interviewed this guy, Joe Bannister. We'll talk about his story in a minute. Fascinating. It's like there's a modern day underground railroad happening, people coming off the plantation. It's a. Or modern day tea party, a Boston tea party going on. I didn't even know it, but it's happening, guys. And, and again, what you do with this information is up to you. My main point is get set free in your heart from that kingdom of darkness. We got lied to and deceived in so many ways. So it's good to expose this just so we know the truth and we don't accidentally put our hope, trust and faith into that system.
I've asked Christopher Hughes come on the show, the author of the book did. I just said legal non taxpayer. Before I bring Chris on, I'm going to first read for on his behalf. I asked him if I could do this. He thought it'd be a good idea.
It's the front of it. It's the first part of his book. It's a disclaimer.
And this book is for educational purposes only. So is this podcast. It should not be construed as tax, legal or financial advice in this declaration of lawful intent. I'll take about three minutes prior to read this. Real quick guys, it's so important to hear this.
This is. This is Chris Hughes saying this in his book to all governmental entities and media professionals. Interesting those two together. I'm going to ask you about that Chris here in a second. But to all governmental entities and media professionals, this book is written with the utmost respect for the rule of law and the foundational principles of the United States of America. I am a law abiding, patriotic American deeply dedicated to the constitution and the ideals of freedom and and liberty it enshrines. I am neither an enemy combatant nor anti government. In fact, I am strongly pro government when it operates within its lawful and constitutional boundaries. I think we should all want to do that operate in lawful constitutional boundaries as intended by our founders. Like many others, I stand firmly against any form of governmental tyranny or overreach.
This work is not an act of rebellion, nor is it meant to undermine the legitimate laws and functions of government.
Indeed, its purpose is to illuminate a legal pathway created by Congress allowing Americans to reclaim an important constitutional protection.
I wish to state unequivocally that I am not a tax cheat or a tax evader, nor am I promoting or endorsing frivolous tax arguments.
Additionally, nothing in this book should be construed as tax, financial or legal advice. This book is a tool for education and empowerment intended to help individuals understand their rights within the law as it is written, not to encourage defiance of legitimate legal obligations.
I fully recognize that the federal income tax established in 1913 is lawful and that statutory US citizens let me repeat that statutory US citizens residing within the statutory United States are legally obligated to pay it.
However, this book is not intended for those residing in the statutory United States, but rather for Americans living within the 56 states of the Union, the United States of America. Should you not understand this distinction, you will benefit greatly by reading this book.
Furthermore, I'm in no way connected to the so called sovereign citizen movement. However, I emphatically believe in the sovereignty of the offspring of our Creator, which was the clear intent of our founding Fathers. The concept of individual sovereignty is foundational to our nation's framework and this book seeks to uphold the principle in a lawful and respectful, respectful manner. Finally, I am fully aware of the methods by which certain elements within the government and media may employ tactics such as gaslighting and psychological projection to manipulate public perception and enforce group think.
These tactics are designed to suppress independent thought, extinguish the flames of truth and and shame the truth teller in an effort to discourage him, or at the very least diminish his credibility. Let it be known that I will not tolerate such manipulation and will vigorously defend myself, my integrity and my work against any attempts to discredit me or the lawful content of this book through these underhanded techniques with peaceful intent. Chris Hughes, Native American national who Chris Hughes, welcome to the show.
[00:07:28] Speaker B: Thank you. I appreciate that. I. I wrote those words years ago and I haven't read them in a while. That was. I gotta say, that was pretty good.
[00:07:38] Speaker A: It was pretty good. And in fact, you know, I've been digging into this out of curiosity. I'm a history buff, I'm sure. I sure like to figure out when we're being deceived, especially post covet. That really woke me up even more than when I got woke up in 2012 about holistic medicine.
But the way you've laid it out succinctly in this book. And guys, it's an audiobook too. About two hours. I think. It's a 80 something page book. 82 pages.
So succinctly yet thoroughly and well documented Supreme Court cases. Of course the Constitution, the different amendments. I mean, you put it all together in a beautiful, succinct package here in this book. So, guys, I highly recommend it.
And. And we're going to get into some of it. We won't be able to cover all of it, guys, but hopefully this little introduction will get you curious enough to go get the book or the audiobook and dive in a little more, and then you decide what you want to do with that. But, Chris, maybe we should dive in with.
I said at the first part, you put media and government together. You did it there again at the end.
And before we hit record, we were talking about COVID a little bit and how so much. There's so much similarity between what you found out went on in 1913 versus 2020 and Covid. So maybe we can jump off right into that or any way you want to go. But. And feel free to introduce yourself, too, to the audience, who you are, how you got to where you were or where you are now from where you came. But I want to really focus mostly, of course, on the book, so.
So welcome. Thank you.
[00:09:09] Speaker B: Yeah, you bet, Dr. Ben. And thank you for the invitation. And by the way, congratulations on everything in your life. You know, I've just getting to know you and been Googling you and been all over your podcast, and you're doing really, really important work. And congratulations on all that and the reach that you are extending throughout the country and the world and the impact that you're making. It's very, very important work. So thank you for that. Thank you for doing your part and accepting that call and letting your light so shine before the world. Right?
[00:09:42] Speaker A: Amen. Thank you.
[00:09:43] Speaker B: Thank you. Yeah, you bet. My name is Chris Hughes. I. Man, I. We. We could be here for two hours with a very color, colorful, interesting background. I'll keep it relevant.
Father. Father of four amazing kids. And I've been an entrepreneur my whole life.
I have been in the legal industry for almost 30 years now, and the longer I was in the industry, the more disgusted I got with the entirety of it all. And today we're seeing so much corruption in the judiciary now, as you said, there's this great awakening, and people are waking up to all of it. I mean, the. The secrets are being shouted from the rooftops, as the Bible predicted, and we're living in those times now. But, yeah, the way they got this, this.
The federal income tax pushed into society is the exact same way that they pushed Covid. And the vaccine. The vaccine, the shot. Right. The experiment, the very risky, very dangerous Medical treatment, experimental medical treatment.
All you have to do is hijack the powers that be, right? If you can hijack or blackmail or threaten or purchase the powers that be, then you can entrap the entire society.
And, you know, we have our whole lives and, you know, as a medical doctor trained in that way, medical doctors with their white coat that is a symbol of authority and our entire lives, when we needed questions about, we had questions about health or about our bodies or about virus, we went to the doctors. You know, we talked to our friends that were doctors or nurses or we made an appointment.
Well, if you could buy off all the people up here that control the doctors, you know, that's what they did. I don't understand how they did it all, but that's basically what they did. Well, in 1913, and this is a great place to start, there is no law even today, right? The current federal income tax law was passed in 1913.
That's when the federal income tax was passed, that law. That's when the Federal Reserve was created, which is neither federal nor a reserve. That is when what else happened in 1913?
The federal income tax law, the Federal Reserve.
There's one other thing anyway, that'll come to me in a minute. Oh, the 16th Amendment. The 16th Amendment says Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes with or without apportionment in the several states.
How could they say that when Article 1, Section 9, Clause 4, then in 1913 and still today and in the 1800s and in the 1700s, says there shall be no direct taxes unless it's apportioned. So, in other words, divided up equally amongst the people in the states.
The 16th Amendment says the very opposite. Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes with or without.
So article one says, no direct taxes unless it's apportioned.
16th amendment says, doesn't matter if it's apportioned or not.
Those are two wildly different parts. Two wildly different things. They're saying the opposite thing. How can the 16th Amendment be the law if Article 1 is the law?
And here's the thing that Americans don't understand.
Article one, that protects us. Our founding fathers wrote Article one, Section nine, to protect us from a tyrannical federal government, to protect us from a government that wished to bypass the sovereignty of the states and bypass the sovereignty of the people and claim and force and mandate a direct tax directly on we the people.
So our founders made it super difficult for them to do that.
And that's why they wrote this, that if you're going to Do a direct tax on we the people. It's got to be divided up equally. It's got to be according to the census. It's super hard and it's laborious and it's almost impossible. Okay, so they didn't change anything.
First Amendment, Article 1 says no.
16th Amendment says yes. Which one do we go with? Do we go with Article 1 or do we go with the 16th Amendment? Well, this is where everybody says safe and effective. Safe and effective. Safe and effective. Trust the science. 16th amendment. Shut up, Supreme Court. The science is settled. What are you, a conspiracy theorist? Are you an idiot? What's wrong with you? Trust the science. Trust the science. Wear your mask. Social distance. That's what happened, you know, in 1913, when people were like, what, you didn't amend the Constitution? And here's how we know they did not amend the constitution with the 16th amendment. And I'm going to answer your question in a minute, but we got to go this, go run around the track to get there.
Here's how we know the 16th. First of all, the 16th Amendment did not repeal Article 1.
It didn't repeal, doesn't even mention Article 1.
Therefore, Article 1 still exists and is still the law of the land and still protects we the people in the 50 states of the Union. And I'm going to talk about that difference, you know, in a minute we get into 50 states of the union versus the statutory United States.
So, and here's, here's one smoking gun and I have a few of them. 18th amendment prohibition.
They outlawed alcohol. No sales, manufactured distribution of alcohol. No product. You can't do it, right? 21st Amendment, years later came out and said, yes you can.
So 18th amendment says no alcohol.
21st amendment says yes alcohol.
Which do we go with? How can you have two amendments that are saying the exact opposite thing? Here's the difference between the alcohol related amendments and the federal income tax amendment.
The alcohol amendment, the 21st amendment starts out with this language. One of the most important things I'll say in this entire podcast, 21st Amendment starts out with this.
The 18th Article of Amendment is hereby repealed.
Repealed. So the 18th Amendment is still part of our Constitution. It's part of our history, but it has no power because it's been officially, legally and lawfully repealed by, by the 21st Amendment. Show me that language. In the 16th Amendment. It just says, Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes with or without apportionment. And then here's the kicker, in the several states and remind me, Dr. Ben, to define states that. That the definition of states that came out the same time as the 16th amendment.
[00:16:57] Speaker A: I will remind you.
Go ahead.
[00:16:59] Speaker B: Yeah. Okay, so to answer. So to bring all this back.
[00:17:04] Speaker A: Before you bring it back, Chris, can you mention real quick the 16th amendment? We don't have to go deep into this, but was it even legally ratified?
[00:17:13] Speaker B: No, it's a great question. Here's what's crazy is the, the Supreme Court. Whenever people say Supreme Court said, the Supreme Court said, Supreme Court said, that's safe and effective. Wear your mask. Right? It's the same thing.
Shut up.
Like, by the way, doctor, I only use three sources in my book. The Constitution of the United States of America, the federal income tax laws published on the official government websites, and Supreme Court decisions. That's it.
So people go, well, I asked chatgpt and Chat says you're wrong. Well, of course chat says I'm wrong. Chat also says that the COVID 19 MRNA vaccine is. Is safe and effective. Go ask it right now. AI has been programmed to keep us sick and broke and enslaved. They're never going to tell the truth about the federal income tax law. And that's why I think, you know, you gotta put everything aside that you've been taught. It seems like everybody's an expert on taxes, you know, but to answer your question, There were over 100 discrepancies when ratifying the. The. The 16th Amendment. There are states. I can't remember the state. Don't quote me, but I think Tennessee in the.
[00:18:23] Speaker A: Where you mentioned Kentucky.
[00:18:25] Speaker B: Kentucky. That's it.
[00:18:26] Speaker A: It's in the Kentucky state Congressional Record. Today you can go see it today.
[00:18:32] Speaker B: Today you can go and see. They voted no.
And on the 16th amendment, the official Secretary of state vote that p. That made it an amendment. Kentucky is yes.
So it's like it takes three minutes to just to disprove all of this. But people say you're a conspiracy theorist and safe and effective and wear your mask in Supreme Court decision.
[00:18:56] Speaker A: So that's one out of a hundred other discrepancies. One you can go look at Kentucky. Kentucky, the state votes no, but then up in D.C. they mark them as a yes. That's one. There's 99 other discrepancies, but go ahead, Chris.
[00:19:10] Speaker B: Yep. Yep.
So here's the point. The point is there is no law that requires we the people in the 50 states of the Union to file and pay a federal income tax. There never has been and there never will be because we the people are protected by Article 1 of the Constitution.
Now, there's a documentary called America From Freedom to Fascism by Aaron Russo.
And I don't know if we can give my number out later, but if they'll just text documentary to this phone number, it will automatically send them a link and they can watch the video for free.
But this video, he goes out and talks to tax attorneys, even the former commissioner of the IRS and said, where's the law that requires we the people to file and pay federal income tax? And none of them, no tax attorney, no IRS agent, special agent, not even the commissioner of the IRS can produce the law that requires Americans to file and pay a federal income tax.
In fact, there was an organization in the 19, in the early 2000s called the we the People foundation for Constitutional Education.
And they ran full page ads in the USA Today and Wall Street Journal and all the rest offering $50,000 in 2000. That's a lot of money to anyone. IRS agent, tax attorney, Tom, Dick and Harry, anybody who can produce the law that requires Americans to file and pay a federal income tax. Guess what? They never gave anybody the money. Even to this day, they've never given anybody the money. Why? Because there is no law that requires we the people to file and pay a federal income tax. And the big mystery, and I see a question Brewing over there, Dr. But the big mystery is if there's no law, then why did the IRS take my house?
Right? If there's no law, why are people sitting in prison right now for tax evasion? And we're going to clobber that question. It's a great question. And as well as we were talking.
Don't go ahead, go ahead.
[00:21:15] Speaker A: I don't want to go too far.
I get fired up. Chapter one of your book, I am aware of no such law. Joe Bannister, tell that part real quick, quick.
[00:21:25] Speaker B: Joe Banister is such a great guy. He's a Christian guy, a conservative guy, a family man. IRS special agent. Okay, There's a difference between IRS agent that answers the phone and special agent, special agent.
They carry those things, they break into your house, they take all of your computers and your hard drives and your laptops and everything. He was an IRS special agent and he was on his way in his car one day listening to talk radio to a radio show that in his mind had credibility. Right? That's why he listened to it. Well, they had a speaker on that day and she said, there is no law that requires Americans to file and pay. The law doesn't exist. Never has, never will, because we're protected by Article 1 of the Constitution. Well, he'd been wrecking people's lives as a profession, you know, based upon that there is this law. So he was a little bit mad and was like, no, I'm going to find the law. And in his own story, he spent two years in the IRS library studying this, trying to find the law.
When his study was finished, there was no law. So panicking and a man of integrity realizing, I'm not going to wreck another person's life over taxes when there is no law, right? So he goes to his boss and says, hey, I've been studying for two years. There is no law requiring Americans to. To file and pay a federal income tax. We have to do something.
Can I please have some time so I can report my findings? At the very least, his boss said, submit your resignation effective immediately.
I mean, that's how much these bloodsuckers care about the truth and freedom and liberty. And that's what I mean. Buy off the top guy, right? Buy off the people at the top. And all the grunts say, yes, sir. Yes, ma'. Am. Safe and effective.
Trust the science. The Supreme Court. The law is settled. Science is settled.
So anyway, so he quit. He submitted his resignation, and he has not filed federal income taxes or paid in almost 30 years.
And he's gone on the seminar circuit to teach people the truth, Right. To liberate Americans.
Well, his neighbor or a friend of his heard the story and said, you mean we didn't have to pay? And he said, no. And he said, well, can you help me get all my money back that I've paid in the federal government my whole life? And he says, no, there's no mechanism for doing that. But the ir. The law allows you to amend your most recent three tax filings.
And he said, well, can you. You're a cpa. Can you do that for me? He goes, sure, I'll do it for you. So he did it. And the guy gets all his money back, by the way. Side note, and I don't know if we're going to get into this or not. I do not recommend it. It is almost impossible to defend.
And I know people personally that have wrecked their lives by. By doing that. So I'm not recommending it. I'm not suggesting it. And my company doesn't provide any support for that particular service.
However, Joseph said, sure. Bannister and his friend got all his money back.
Well, it was all fun and games until Joe Bannister got a letter from the DOJ and they were pursuing him for three felony counts of Conspiracy to. What was it? To defraud the United States government.
Big criminal case went to court in a federal court in California.
And the highlight of the trial was when Joe's attorney put Joe's boss, former boss, on the witness stand and said, produce for the court today the specific law that requires the average American in the 50 states of the union to file and pay a federal income tax. And his boss in the special investigation unit of the Internal Revenue Service said, said, I am aware of no such law.
Seven words that should have upended the entire federal income tax. But the judiciary is corrupt and we the people have been captured.
So there is no law. So now we need to talk about, well then how come they're throwing people in jail? And, and if, if I don't pay, are they going to come after me? And is there any way to safeguard myself and my family?
Important questions.
[00:25:59] Speaker A: So real quick to summarize, guys, the original Constitution, I, I wrote this somewhere, but Article 1, Section 9, is that right?
[00:26:09] Speaker B: Clause 4. Yeah.
[00:26:10] Speaker A: Clause 4, yep. So that says no direct tax. The federal government cannot directly tax you individually, you people, the people of the, of the country, without this special clause called apportionment tax it by the states. And, and the language seems a little, if you just go read it, like what's that even mean? But, well, it, what it means is the states can, but they have to divide it equally according to the census amongst the population, so it's all equal. And that's how you could do it.
Okay, so that's the law of the land. It's going, it's going, it's going. And then somewhere in there, I forget the year, Chris, you can tell us the federal government, government passed an act that did tax and it went to the Supreme Court Pollock case. And the Supreme Court says, yep, you can't do that. It's against that Article One thing about no direct tax.
So that was the first time that I think that I'm aware of that. It, this direct tax got put on us in late 1800s and the Supreme Court said, nope, you can't do it. Done. And then so fast forward we get to that 1913, the 16th Amendment, Chris is talking about, and, and all the deceptions in that that we'll get into this definition because it's all about these definitions.
But is that correct, Chris? Up to that point that they tried it once and the Supreme Court said no.
[00:27:32] Speaker B: Yeah, it's a very important point and I'm glad you brought it up because it was 1894 that they came out with the first permanent, permanent, not wartime, but first permanent Federal Income Tax.
266 days later, it was struck down by the Supreme Court of the United States because it was a direct tax that was not apportioned. So they ruled that it was unconstitutional. So here's what's interesting about that. That ruling has never been overTurned. So Article 1 has never been repealed, and that Supreme Court decision has never been overturned. And let me give you an example. In 1973, they.
There was Roe v. Wade, right? And the Supreme Court of 1973 determined that an abortion is a woman's constitutionally protected right. Okay. Well, in 2022, a different Supreme Court came out and they said the 2000, excuse me, the, the 1973 Roe v. Wade slash, Planned Parenthood ruling is repealed.
They say that it is repealed. You've got to strip it of its power. The word, right at the beginning was the word and the word was God. Word has power. We create with our thoughts, with our feelings, with our words.
We have to strip the power of the words, right? We repealed and overturned.
Article 1 has never been repealed.
That Supreme Court decision of 1895 has never been overturned. Which tells you what, it's still the law of the land. Well, if it's the law of the land, why are they making us pay federal income taxes and why are they putting us in jail? And that's where we're going to spend the second half of our time together, I hope.
[00:29:29] Speaker A: Yes, we're going right there. Let's do this. One little summary, though, because I think this is important, too. So what Chris just said, we're just humming right along. Supreme Court strikes down that in the Pollock case, we're humming right along. And then the powers that be, I. E. The international bankers and whoever that is, but they're scheming this plan.
And this Jekyll island meeting happens, 1913 comes, this 16th amendment comes. And so far we've identified the 16th amendment does not have language that says article one, section nine is repealed. Doesn't have that language.
It has a hundred discrepancies. So it shouldn't even been an amendment.
And then that's what we're going to get into. It has an interesting language to it.
Words mean things.
And when it comes to statutes, codes, regulations, you have to use the definition that's in the statute itself. We're going to get into that.
But maybe just touch on this meeting at Jekyll Island. All this was kind of hatched because this was all a deceptive scheme that came out in the early night in 1913 with the 16th Amendment, the federal Reserve and this language, and it's like the 16th amendment, I think you say it in the book, was actually there to purposefully deceive.
[00:30:53] Speaker B: Absolutely.
[00:30:54] Speaker A: So Jekyll on 10 tell, teach us about that just a little bit, and then we can get into those definitions of states and citizens and all that.
[00:31:03] Speaker B: Yeah, it. Well, so when they.
First of all, we have to go a little conspiratorial. Right. Just a little bit. And to me, conspir. Conspiracy theorists are truth tellers. That's. That's all they are. And they've. And that's been proven over and over and over since COVID But, you know, we couldn't get through one family in the Bible without a murder.
You know, I mean, the very first siblings killed each other.
You know, one killed the other. And it's like if we can't get through one family without vanity and jealousy and, you know, all of that, if we can't get through one family without a murder, God's first family on the planet.
You know, if you think that this world is all, you know, sweet and gentle and everybody's honest and upright, it's like, come on. I mean, it's so naive.
Anywhere in this world where there is significant power and wealth, it will be accumulated by the powers that be. They will go and they will grab that. This whole plan, the federal income tax, was one of the early plans for a one world government. The whole idea is to weaken.
Weaken the sovereignty of the governments and strengthen that one world power. Right. Well, if they could create a Federal Reserve that has never been federal, it was owned by some of the wealthiest families in the world, the bankers, the elite.
The whole objective was to put the burden of financing the federal government to take it out of the treasury. You know, we had tariffs. We had so much money in the late 1800s, we didn't know what to do with it. There was so much money in the treasury, they had to put these committees together to figure out, you're the investment committee, you're the spending committee. Y' all figure out where to put all this money. Well, the powers that be realized that American, the United States treasury is swimming in money. We have to get that money. So what did they do?
We're going to pass a federal income tax.
We're going to allow foreign countries and companies to do business with the United States without that big tariff.
And now the United States, the American people can pay the federal bills through their federal income tax. Well, so they passed this tax in 1894, it was struck down in 1895.
From 1895 to 1913, the World Bankers, the elite, were conspiring, trying to figure out how can we get this money, how can we weaken the sovereignty of the United States?
And they had this meeting in Jekyll island, which is a little island off the coast of Georgia. This meeting was so secret that nobody ever even knew who was there until years later. They didn't even even know that it occurred until years later. And it was so secret that when you got there, you shook hands. And it was either they didn't share their names or they didn't share their real names, or they didn't share their last names, but nobody in this meeting shared their real name.
And just like it always is, it's never the head of the snake that. That, that is doing these things, right? The head of the snake is telling these people what to do, is creating the gathering, telling these people what to do and how to get it done. So in this meeting are the Rothschild agents, the agents of Cha. You know, of the Chase bank, and all of these, these powerful, powerful people that were running the world.
And this is where they created the Federal Reserve, the Federal income tax, and the 16th amendment. It all happened in this private meeting. And by the way, Congress did not write the laws for the federal income tax. They don't have the brains. It was not Congress. It was the most savvy, sophisticated, diabolical, evil attorneys and wordsmiths that money could buy in 1913. That's who wrote the tax code. And they had Congress under their control.
And Congress was willing to do anything that these men asked them to do. And we all know how it works with Jeffrey Epstein and blackmail and bribes. They've been doing this forever.
It's thought by many that 70% of Congress today, on both sides of the aisle, one party a little more than the other, but 70% are compromised.
I mean, that is a sad state of affairs. So, yeah, so that's what happened. But they came up with all of this in secret, in the dark, behind closed doors, with a blood oath, probably with a blood oath to never reveal, to never talk about, to never share. And all of that resulted in 1913, Federal Reserve and all the other things, the 16th Amendment. And by the way, all you had to do was have blackmail on the Secretary of State and say the answer is yes on the 16th amendment. It will be ratified. The state said yes, right? Am I right or am I right? Right, because I know where your wife is and I Know where your kids are. That's. That is the game that has been played. All they had to do was blackmail the one guy they didn't have. The guy. They didn't have an Internet. Nobody was. There was no checks and balances, you know, on the vote.
Scary stuff. So anyway, I could do this all day. I apologize for.
[00:36:39] Speaker A: Well, let's go to that next part of that 16th amendment. So it wasn't ratified, although Secretary of State said it was.
It didn't have repeal language.
But then the language that it did use, let's get in that wordsmithing. You said the best wordsmiths and attorneys, monies could, could buy to put this language together. Let, let's talk through that because this is kind of the key of the whole, whole deal.
[00:37:02] Speaker B: Absolutely. The entirety of the federal income tax system rests on these definitions on the definition of the United States and states.
So you know, we're going to get into that.
So you talked about the corporate United States. You know, that happened. I forget the year. But do you know the year by chance that was 71.
[00:37:28] Speaker A: 1871. The Organic Act.
[00:37:30] Speaker B: Yep. Organic act of Washington D.C. that was where they created. And in the tack, in the law it says a body corporate. What is a body corporate? It's a corporation.
The United States, the federal government. Because people don't realize this, you know, when we acquired back in the day, Philippines and Guam and the Virgin Islands and American Samoa and you know, all the territories, who owns it?
Right? Like somebody had to sign the contract, somebody had to give the money, somebody had to do the deal.
Who owns Guam?
You know, it's the United States Inc.
Owns Guam. Okay? Another word for United States Inc. Is Washington D.C.
they are one in the same. Okay? United States Inc.
And Washington D.C. now if you shorten United States Inc. And just drop off the ink as an incorporated, it's United States.
So the United states and Washington D.C. are synonymous.
So what they did is they wrote the entirety of the tax law only for Washington D.C.
why did they do that? And then I'll talk about how they did that. They wrote the laws for Washington D.C. only because Washington D.C. is a federal district.
And if you read the Constitution, a federal district is under the specific, the laws of Congress. Congress can make any law that they want and it doesn't require a constitutional amendment. Because the Constitution is for the 50 states of the Union, the federal income tax. Let me say it another way.
The Constitution is for the United States of America, the 50 states. The federal income tax law is only for the United States the federal income tax law was written for the statutory United States. And this is what they said. Dr. Ben. Is they said. It came out in 1913, and they said, there's a new law.
Here's the law, and it says all U.S. citizens, all United States citizens, have to file and pay a federal income tax.
And we also have. We amended the Constitution, so now we have the right to do this to you. Here's the 16th Amendment. So if you're a U.S. citizen, you have to pay a federal income tax. Now, back then, it was like the top, top, top 1%. And that was part. That was actually really smart, because here's what happened. They said, you know, you got to be making whatever it was basically millions of dollars, you know, a year back then in today's money.
So most Americans were like, yeah, stick it to the rich. You know, like, make the rich pay all the taxes. So instead of unifying together and fighting the government on this. Illegal.
Excuse me, Wasn't illegal. Well, it would be illegal if it was for we the people in the 50 states of the Union.
But the way they presented it, it felt illegal because they're saying, if you're a U.S. citizen, you have to do a federal income tax.
So here's the definition in 1913. Here's what they said.
So, you know, if I say to you, if you're. Are you a US Citizen? Most people say, yes. Okay, well, then as a US Citizen, you do have to file and pay a federal income tax.
It's like, okay, well, some smart people started asking questions. When you say United States, what is the definition of you. How are you defining United States when you say citizen, how are you defining citizen?
When you say income, how are you defining income? Well, so we go to the tax law, and the tax law says, in 1913, and still today, the definition of the United States includes the states and the District of Columbia. Okay, that's in 26 USC 7701, subsection 7701.
So people read that and they go, oh, well, I live in Texas. That's the states. Right? I live in California. That's the states. Okay, so the definition of the United States includes the states and the District of Columbia. Okay, so I guess that's all the 50 states and the District of Columbia. Okay, I guess I have to pay a federal income tax. No, drop down one line in the tax code. And right under the definition of United States, you're going to see a special definition for states.
And that definition says this.
The definition of states is meant to Include the District of Columbia.
I mean, that is so shrewd, because when you read states, you're automatically thinking 50, right? You're automatically thinking Texas, California, Ohio, New York, Florida. Okay, so states includes Washington, D.C. okay.
Oh, so I guess Washington, D.C. is included as a state in the tax code. No, you're missing the dang point.
The point is they didn't mention the 50 states.
They didn't mention California by name or the 50 states by name or Texas by name. All they said was, states includes the District of Columbia.
This is why chatgpt can't get it right and Grok can't get it right. And your tax attorney will never get it right and your CPA will never get it right because you have to have all of these pieces of the puzzle together. And by the way, a fascinating point.
If you want to be a tax attorney or a CPA or an enrolled agent or tax professional, you have to get a license, certificate, or degree, right?
Guess what is not required in order to get those licenses, certificates, and degrees. It is not required to read the federal income tax laws.
I mean, come on. It's not required reading to read the Constitution.
Like, this is not a joke, right?
So the Supreme Court has come out and ruled. And all this is in my book, by the way. And my book's free. You know, when I wrote the book, we were going to charge like 19 bucks. And I'm like, this is too. I don't care, right? It's free. Everybody can have it. I did an audiobook. Everything's free.
I don't know if we give out the website now or later, but I want to make sure.
[00:44:00] Speaker A: Yeah, we'll do it at the end for sure.
[00:44:01] Speaker B: Okay?
So the Supreme Court ruled. And this is in the book.
All the sources, all the laws, all the definitions, all the citations.
When a law includes a special definition, okay, those definitions of United States and states, those are referred to as special definitions.
When a law includes a special definition, we, the judges must use that definition even if it is at variance with that term's standard ordinary meaning.
So it doesn't matter if they define the United States to be, you know, clothing that you put on your back.
That's the definition that the courts have to go by, right? United States means clothing you put on your back.
They can't change it and they can't use the dictionary definition. Now, here's another very important Supreme Court decision. Also in the book, it says that when a special definition in law includes something specific in the definition, it automatically excludes everything not specifically mentioned.
So when the United States definition only includes the states and the District of Columbia, everything else is excluded.
Okay? Now when the definition of states only includes D.C.
everything else is excluded. And that is a Supreme Court decision.
So their definition of states only includes Washington D.C.
so now let's go back to the 16th amendment. Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes with or without apportionment in the several states.
The definition of states per 26 USC 7701 and Supreme Court decisions only includes the District of Columbia.
And if you understand the legislative intent of the 16th Amendment and what our President was doing at that time, it was intended to tax the federal government. It was intended to, to tax federal employees and people who live in a federal district, in federal zones. Because, especially because employees of the federal government are receiving privileged income, their income is coming from the government.
Right. They're not, they're, they're not in the private sector. Their money's coming from the government. And because they're getting this privileged income, they are the only ones that had to pay a federal income tax now. So we've got that established now. That's why nobody ever got the $50,000 that we were talking about earlier. Because only United States citizens and US resident aliens are required to file a federal income and pay federal income tax. Here's an interesting tidbit and then remind me to get to the smoking gun.
There is a class of people in the federal income tax law that aren't that do not have a tax liability unless they have income effectively connected to a trade or a business.
Okay, now let's define trade or business. First, the definition of a trade or business includes, there's that word, includes public office.
So in other words, trade or business in the tax code is defined as anyone who is an elected official.
So if you are not an elected official and you are a non resident alien, you do not have to pay taxes.
Well, let's. Federal income taxes. Let's go and look at the definition of a non resident alien in the tax code, 26 USC again, it says a non resident alien is any individual who is neither a citizen or a resident of the United States.
Well, what's the United States?
It's defined in the tax code, 26 USC Washington D.C.
so if you are not a resident of D.C. and you are not a citizen of D.C.
according to the tax code as written today and in 1913 and the Supreme Court, you are a non resident alien and a non resident alien does not have a tax liability, who is a Non resident alien. It's we the people born or naturalized in the 50 states of the of the republic or to at least one parent who was. That's who a non resident alien is.
Now here's the thing. When I said legal, non taxpayer, the reason it says legal is because you were born that our birthright. Because of the incredible sacrifice and the inspiration of our founding fathers and their obedience to God Almighty.
They gave us these protections.
We were born under the protection of Article 1.
We were born a non taxpayer. And here's the dirty little secret that Nobody at the IRS wants you to know.
If you never file a 1040, you will never hear from the IRS.
It is not your birth in, in the 50 states that put you in the IRS database. It is your volunteer act to sign a 1040 and to submit it. I mean look at what it says at the top.
1040 US individual income tax return form. US is defined as what?
DC so here's what people don't.
Let me get to the election part. Remind me, Dr. Ben, and if you have a question or anything to interject, feel free. But I want to get to the smoking gun. Because they've had 100 years to fix the definition of United States and states, okay? They've had a hundred years to do it and they've chosen not to do it. And by the way, they updated the online tax code this year already.
They updated it last year. They updated it the year before and the year before and the year before. So they make updates to the tax code every year. Why in a hundred years have they never changed that definition of the United States? Especially when millions like myself are shining a light on it, blowing a whistle and liberating millions of Americans from this slavery. Why don't they just go change it? Why don't they just go change it to 50 states? Because they can't.
Because the United States Constitution protects us from direct taxes that are not apportioned. Smoking gun. If everybody pays 18 cents per gallon for gasoline, that's called. That is a federal excise tax. It is constitutional. It's perfectly constitutional. And it's, it's even for everybody. In Texas, California, Ohio and Illinois, everybody's paying the same amount. I think last I looked, it was 18 cents per gallon.
100% constitutional, 100% lawful, okay? In the tax code, the definition of United States for petroleum taxes, for gas tax, guess what? They have a totally different definition for petroleum taxes for the United States than they did for, for the United States for federal income tax purposes. And let me give it to you for it says right at the top for, for petroleum taxes only.
Okay, Only the definition of the United States includes. There's that word.
And then everything that's not specifically mentioned is legally excluded per the Constitution or per the Supreme Court of the United States. So for petroleum taxes only, the definition of the United states includes the 50 states.
There it is.
So we know that Congress, these bloodsuckers knew how to get the definition right. Right. United states includes the 50 states, the district of Columbia, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, American Samoa. It's got it all in there. That's the United States.
So here's the million dollar question. Why did they specifically include the 50 states for petroleum taxes? And they legally and specifically excluded the 50 states for federal income tax. And here's the answer. Because the federal income tax is for DC only. And we the people are protected from direct taxes that are not applied, apportioned by Article 1. And it would be unlawful for them to compel us to pay a federal income tax. So they excluded the 50 states intentionally.
Why did they include them for petroleum tax? Because it's a constitutionally approved, a constitutionally allowable tax called an excise tax. It's a federal sales tax. And it's the same for you and, and it's the same for me. And if you don't want to pay it, don't buy gas, ride your bike, walk, take your horse if you want to drive, if you want to travel in your car, you got to buy the gas. And if you buy the gas, you're going to pay a federal sales tax of about 18 cents a gallon. So there you go. Now I'm going to pause and let you kind of unwrap, unwind and refine. But now we're left with the question how the heck did we, you know, get into this mess and how do we get out? Is there a legal way? You know my book Legal non taxpayer how to legally never file, never pay a federal income tax for the rest of your life. And I think that's how we should end this. I know we've gone almost an hour already. Unbelievable.
[00:54:51] Speaker A: But yeah, no, you've done a great job laying it out. The only two things, and I'm going to point to the book guys, you got to get the book book because I mean every Supreme Court case, all these, the con, all of it's in there.
But what got me because as you were saying all that about the, the states and look at the definition, that means D.C. i mean it's all confusing and you even say it in the book. Aren't you confused now?
That was the point. You're supposed to get confused by all this.
But one of the things that brought some just more clarity besides the smoke and gun you just talked about, the gas tax is when in 1913 there were only 48 states.
And then in 19, I forget what year it was, maybe 39, Alaska comes in, they change in in that definition. It changed specifically to pull Alaska out of the and because it's not now it's one of the states, one of the 49 states. And then when Hawaii came in they changed it again because those were territories or whatever they were classified as and there could be tax but now they're a 50 state officially estate. They had to take them out.
To me that was one of the most smoking gun for sure. The petroleum is too. But guys, it's all in there. It is. I know we're throwing a lot at you. USC code, this and that, Supreme Court case, this and that and all this stuff. I mean it's a lot. But believe me, I've, I've gone over and over and over this, I've listened to audiobook, I think six times, read it a number of times and we're going to give that out how to get that here in a second. But we're going to wrap this thing up and we can go 5, 10, 15, whatever it takes, Chris. Doesn't matter because I do want people to understand they don't need to just not, not sign their 1040 this year. I mean, so explain that a little bit of what you've discovered and what you teach in with your company.
[00:56:42] Speaker B: Absolutely. The first thing I want to say is this. You know, you talked about peace in the beginning of the podcast. You said, you know, you may buy into this, you may not, but either way, I hope that you have peace. Right? And I love that. And it was so beautiful. And this is, I wanted to make this comment then, but I forgot.
Did you know that you are seven times more likely to be prosecuted if you file your taxes than if you don't?
You are seven times more likely to be prosecuted, to be pursued by the IRS, to be put in jail, to be penalized, fined, etc. Seven times more likely if you file your taxes than you are if you don't file. So it's so funny. People say, well, Chris, I want to work with you, I want to work with your company, but I just, I want to be able to sleep at night, you know, like I'm so scared of the irs. And it's so ironic because it's like the time to have peace is after you've completed this process, after you've exited the federal income tax system following the law. And this is what we're going to talk about at the end of this, this podcast.
You are, you will, once you leave the federal income tax system and you're no longer a statutory taxpayer. And there's a legal process for doing that. And my company is the number one leader in the nation, undisputed. You know, I'm not patting myself on the back. I went through a painful road to get here. But I am the number one authority in this space. There's not a close second.
And this is what we do for people. And I tell them, once you complete this process with us, you will have never been safer in your life because you are no longer subject to, to the irs.
You are no longer a taxpayer. The, the definition of taxpayer in the tax code says any individual who is subject to the tax code.
Well, if, if you're not a taxpayer anymore, you're no longer subject to the tax code. Well, here's the deal. We were all born non taxpayers. You know, I ask people all the time, at what point did you become a taxpayer, a federal income taxpayer, when you filed your taxes, that's when.
Before that, you were not a taxpayer. You were protected by Article 1 and you waived anybody who signed a 1040, waived their constitutional protections. You waived your Fifth Amendment rights.
I mean, it says in the instructions for how to fill out a 1040 when you file your taxes, it says your tax information may be shared with the Department of Justice and with your state and local law enforcement. You literally waived your, your Fifth Amendment rights. Now they're going to share all your data with all of these law enforcement agencies. So here's, here's what nobody is talking about. And I'm telling you, you could pay the number one tax attorney in the country a million dollars a minute, and he or she will never give you this information because they have all been educated by the same system as that enslaved us all. They were never told to read the tax code and they were never told to read the Constitution. They were told, read this and regurgitate it to all the people that come into your office.
They only test them on what they want them to know. They don't test them on the truth. They don't test them on everything that we talked about today. They don't even talk about what we talk, talk talked about today. It's like you said the other day, doctors, many doctors went all the way through med school and never got one hour of instruction on nutrition. You know, it's like, so these people aren't getting any. They're not getting one hour of instruction on liberty and on freedom. So here's what happened in the law. 26 USC it says this. A non resident alien, that's us may elect to be treated as a taxpayer.
It says it in black and white.
A non resident alien may means he has the choice.
May or may not, right? A non resident alien may elect to be treated as a US resident or a US taxpayer.
Then later in 26 USC 6013G 4A. It's all in the book.
It says, and that non resident alien may revoke that election by sending a statement to the Secretary of the Treasury. It says it in the law.
Now why does it say that in the law?
It had to and here's why.
Because they tricked us into electe. And, and that was my question. You could ask a tax attorney. By what process does a non resident alien elect to be treated as a US Taxpayer? Duh duh duh duh. These people that have been educated to be our experts, all they are is an extension of a corrupt federal government. And I don't mean that as an indictment. These are good people, hard working, God fearing people trying to take care of themselves and their families. No different from you, me or anybody listening.
But unknowingly they are an extension of a corrupt federal government because their job is this. When we say, hey, I heard on the Internet that you don't have to pay your taxes and you could be like a, you can like reclaim your constitutional protects. They go shut up. That's a conspiracy theory. Those are tax protesters. You're going to go to jail. Pay your freaking taxes.
That's the job of a tax professional, right? Ultimately they have been trained to do that.
So here's what they don't know. When you get that form 1040 US Individual DC Individual Income Tax Return form, it asks you a question. Are you single, married? How do you, in other words, how do you want us to treat you in the tax code? Do you want us to treat you as a single person or a married person in the tax code? Head of household married filing jointly, married filing separately.
When you check that box, doesn't matter what it is, you made two elections.
You are a non resident alien who just chose, volunteered to elect to be treated as a US Taxpayer. What is a taxpayer according to the definition you remember? Any individual that is subject to the tax code.
You just signed away your constitutional protections and that election is self renewing and it will stay intact and enforce until you change it or you revoke it. And the reason the revocation process is so important is because the 13th Amendment outlawed slavery, but it also outlawed involuntary servitude.
If the government was coming to your paycheck and taking out 20% before you even got your paycheck, that would be involuntary servitude.
This is why the entirety of the tax system is voluntary until it isn't right. It's voluntary until you volunteer. And once you volunteer, volunteer, it ain't voluntary anymore.
Once you say, woohoo, I'm a taxpayer, you are now subject to the tax code. This is how. This is the answer to the question, if there is no law requiring me to file and pay, how can the IRS take my house? Because you're a taxpayer now and you are subject to the tax code.
You asked.
This is what we did. We raised our hands when we went to our job and we signed the W4 and we said, we gave our employer not only permission, we gave our employer instruction.
Please, sir, ma', am, take my hard earned money out of my check and give it to the federal government. We gave them instruction and we signed our name, it's voluntary.
When we signed our first 1040, it's voluntary. When we cut that check, it's voluntary. So none of us can say the tax laws are illegal. Because they're not. They're only for D.C. anyway. None of us can say, oh, they enslaved us. No, they didn't. We enslaved ourselves. They were tricky. They were shrewd, you know, but we're the ones that didn't read the tax code. We're the ones that volunteered to let our employer take all our money. We're the ones, we're the ones that volunteered to become a US taxpayer by signing a 1040. So we elected into the tax code non resident aliens. We would have never had to pay taxes unless we were elected officials according to the tax code. Well, as of this moment, and Dr. Ben, this is the biggie.
Anybody that believes what you and I have been talking about from this moment on, if the government continues to take money from them out of their paycheck, that is referred to as involuntary servitude. Because as of this moment, they're like, okay, I volunteered. I get it. Shame on me. I don't want to volunteer anymore. You know, like, how do I do that? There must be a legal remedy to that election. And it's in the tax code, it's in the law. The remedy is the revocation process.
The revocation of election is an affidavit. And this is where we are expert number one in the country.
It is an affidavit that calls all of this stuff out, all of it, and explains all of this in 24 pages. It's a brilliant document, and it tells the IRS, I am claiming my statutory right in 26 USC 6013G4A.
I am revoking the election that I voluntarily made unknowingly to be treated as a US Taxpayer, and I am reclaiming my constitutional protections. And then it says in the document, by the way, if you feel this is a misunderstanding or misapplication of the tax law, please, in the next 30 days, simply respond. Show me the law that requires we the people to file and pay, and I'll shred this document and I'll continue filing and paying like a good, good boy for the rest of my life. Never once in the history of the world has the IRS ever refuted or refused or rebutted or rejected a revocation of election. It's never happened. And here's the other thing.
They're going to gaslight the mess out of you, right? And your tax attorney is going to gaslight you, and your CPA is going to gas. And here's what they're going to say. They're going to say, these are tax protesters. Look, the whole states, United States, all that, that's considered by the Supreme Court as a frivolous tax argument, okay? And listen to me, y', all, that is true.
It is a frivolous tax argument. All this stuff we've talked about is a frivolous tax argument if you are a taxpayer.
And that's how the Supreme Court has gotten away with all these decisions. And because if you're a taxpayer and you say, I don't have to pay taxes because of the definition of state United States petroleum and all this, the Supreme Court says, shut up, you idiot. You're a taxpayer. Go and look at the definition of taxpayer. Anyone who is subject to the tax code, you don't have the right to just stop paying taxes. That's how you go to jail.
That's how the government comes and takes your house and levies and liens your entire existence.
We get calls every day at my company. You know, you mentioned Marjorie Taylor Greene, and there's all these people in this movement just saying, stop filing, stop filing, stop paying. Well, that all sounds good until the IRS comes to get you and wrecks your whole world. And they're doing it every day. And I'm getting the phone call, calls. Oh, Mr. Hughes. Marjorie Taylor Green said, don't file. And I didn't file. And the IRS is coming after me.
You want to know why they're coming after you? Yeah. Because you're a taxpayer and you're subject to the laws.
Did you do a revocation? What is that? What's a revocation?
That must be done. That is what severs the contract with the irs. That is what separates you from the irs. And I'm going to say this, and then you can kind of, you know, play clean up and clean up batter.
But I want to say this because there's always people that are, especially if there's somebody like a tax attorney or cpa, yada, yada, yada. They're always like. They'll say, well, that part of the code is only for married people in very specific situations. And the 16th Amendment actually did overturn the 1895 rule. No, it didn't overturn. You know, they just make stuff up. Right. But there's going to be people, and hopefully nobody in your audience, but maybe their spouse, maybe their friend, maybe their co worker who is going to say, you know, this is nonsense and it's not going to work and you're going to go to jail. Yada, yada, yada.
It's a frivolous tax argument. This is a very important point. The irs never in the history of the irs, ever, not on their website, not in any of their documents, nothing. Even in the letters that they send our clients. Never in the history of the IRS has the IRS ever referred to the revocation of election as a frivolous tax argument. They cannot. They will not. Because the revocation of election is your legal exit. It is your remedy from volunteering to be a servant. You want to unvolunteer. That's the revocation of election.
They had to codify it into law. Otherwise, from this moment on, if you don't want to volunteer and you don't have a way to exit, you are an involuntary servant and they are in violation of your 13th Amendment protections.
So here's what I want to end with. Not one client of mine, and between myself and my mentor, almost 37,000 thousand people that we've helped with this process and probably millions of others that have read our material and, you know, tried to do this on their own, but not one levy, not one lien, not one penalty, not one fine, and not one fee.
So to the CPAs that say, you're going to go to jail if you do this, my track record is better than yours.
You know, I have a perfect track record. The guy that they're saying, don't listen to him. Da, da, da, da, da. A CPA with 300 clients can't say that. You know, they can't say that. Most of them can't say that.
And then there are people that contact us all the time that didn't do a revocation of election, but they didn't. They did not file their taxes. And the IRS is, is 30 days from taking their home.
Well, that opens up United States Tax Court. And here's a dirty little secret, and to my knowledge, Freedom Law Group is the only company in the United States of America that guarantees to have your tax case dismissed from United States Tax Court for lack of jurisdiction or your money back. And we've never had to give a client their money back. Here's what no tax attorney knows and, and no CPA knows, especially tax attorneys. The United States Tax Court does not have jurisdiction over we the people.
The United States Tax Court does not have jurisdiction over non resident aliens. But here's the problem.
When you get a problem with the irs, what do you do? You hire an attorney. What does the attorney do? The attorney fills out the petition and pays the $60 fee to go to United States Tax Court. Guess what? You just gave the court jurisdiction. The court does not have jurisdiction. We have a perfect track record for all the naysayers out there that say this isn't work, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. We have a perfect track record with the IRS. 100% of the cases have been dismissed. Letters, stacks of letters to prove it. And this is going to be in my second version of the book, signed by a Chief Judge of the United States to Tax Court. This case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
This is front page should be on the front page of every newspaper, every podcast should be talking about this. It is the biggest news in all of finance, in all of the tax industry. It's bigger than the tariffs. It's bigger than the $5,000 that Trump is promising to give.
But they're doing everything to keep this information off the Internet, including I've been canceled from all the social media sites. My podcast, which was called the Above Ground Railroad, which is interesting because you talked about the Underground Railroad, the above ground Railroad, your path to uncommon Freedom. Canceled. PayPal canceled. Patreon canceled. Western Union canceled. Facebook canceled. Stock 10 times, 12 times. Tik Tok canceled. Canceled. Cancelled. If I'm not over the target, I don't know who is.
[01:14:32] Speaker A: So much of this sounds so familiar.
There's the medical system that's corrupted, the financial system that's corrupted, the political system, the agricultural system, the education system. It's all these systems we've been talking about in 2026 here on our podcast.
And what you just laid out is know it's blowing people's minds. And guys, all I can say is do your due diligence, get the book. If you don't like to read, listen to the audio book. And I'm not. I think I said this at the top of the show. If I didn't. I'm not trying to tell you what to do or any. This is the purpose of the show today, is expose the darkness, shine the light of truth.
Every lie is going to be revealed.
And the point for me is the more we can reveal this corruption is you will quit putting your hope, trust and faith in that thing to save you.
We shouldn't have been doing that anyways. There's one Savior.
[01:15:25] Speaker B: Amen.
[01:15:26] Speaker A: But the even bigger thing for me, guys, is I believe Jesus came to set us free from a whole lot of stuff, including all these lies and deception.
But the spirit of fear.
We're supposed to be walking as God's children in the earth, not under the influence of that spirit, but under the influence of the spirit of truth.
And when we're walking with that spirit of truth, peace and joy will attend us. And these fruits of the spirit just naturally sprout out of us. And then we can bring the culture, the kingdom of heaven into the earth in our sphere of influence and all the creations waiting for the sons of God to rise up and do this thing. And I'm not saying rise up and rebellion and grab your gu. No, I'm saying rise up out of that kingdom over there. Detach yourself from Babylon and the spirit of fear that sucks you into it and live over here in the kingdom of God, the kingdom of love, peace, joy.
That is where these solutions are at. And there's going to be solutions in the agricultural realm, the medical realm, the financial realm. All these systems of the earth are still kingdom solutions. But you're not going to get the kingdom download. And the creative solution, when you're walking in fear and when you're putting your trust, hope and faith into these things, these schemes over here that you didn't realize were schemes, I mean, what kind of word smithing that they got us all tangled up in? It's that's why you need to get the book. It's so important to get educated on this. And then, like we said, be at peace. Whether you do something, don't do something, be at peace.
And if you decide you want to proceed with what Chris's company does, great. And I think we'll have a code where you can have a coupon even to get. Get a discount on that. We'll work that out. Get in the show notes, probably.
But I just want to say that there at the end, that the main point for me anyways, is so that you truly can walk in peace, put your hope, trust and faith in Jesus Christ and what he did to set us free from this worldly system, in the prince of this world, the ruler of this world. Chris, thank you so much for coming on the show. Your website, how to get the ebook for free, the audiobook, if people do want to sign up, I'll let you wrap it up.
[01:17:43] Speaker B: Absolutely. I'll wrap that up in a bow. And thank you for your words and, you know, always bringing us back to the Lord and, you know, what really, really matters at the end of the day. And I'm so glad that you said that, because I wanted to. I do want to add one thing. Obviously, you have a lot of Christians, a lot of believers that listen to this podcast. You, yourself, myself, many, many others.
I've had a lot of Christians challenge me over the years.
Other Christians, I should say that, say, well, the Bible says, give that which is Caesar to Caesar. Jesus said that, right? And I want to speak to that for just 60 seconds.
Yes, that is true. Jesus said that and Caesar is dead.
You know, like, it's so funny how we give so much power to something as we. Our mind is all clouded. And it's like, no, you're right, Jesus. People say, well, what about the scripture where Jesus said, give that which is Caesar to Caesar? I said, absolutely, you should give that which is Caesar to Caesar. If you have something that belongs to Caesar, you better give it to him. Because Jesus said to, right, but Caesar's dead and you don't have anything of Caesar's and I don't have anything of Caesar's. So that is a moot point in my mind. And people go, well, no, that's, that's, you know, the Lord meant, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Don't put words in the Lord's mouth. Let's look at what the Lord actually said.
And it's because if you understood the laws, then Caesar did have claim to a portion of Your stuff, Right. So the Lord was saying, you know, if Caesar has claim to your stuff, then you should give. You should give Caesar claim to your stuff. We are protected by the founding fathers, who are inspired by God Almighty, who wrote the Constitution of the United States. Article one is still alive and well. We are protected by all of that, and we don't owe Caesar a thing. There are lawful, lawful taxes, right? Like the gas tax. Of course we do that, but we don't owe Caesar anything. Caesar's dead, and we are not in debt to him, and he has no legal claim to anything that we have or ever will have. So I wanted to, you know, kind of put that as an exclamation point, because that scripture means exactly what it says it means, and it doesn't mean what people think. You know, what they. What they add to the words of Jesus.
So.
[01:20:09] Speaker A: And guys, if you didn't hear my podcast with Brian Spillman a couple times ago, I think it was the first interview. We go into that some there, too. So go check that out. But go ahead, Chris. That's cool.

[01:22:35] Speaker A: You bet. Chris. Well, thank you. I know it's a big sacrifice standing up and exposing the darkness, so appreciate what you're doing, trying to help people to get set free in that arena of taxes. So, guys, go get educated.
